kye Y.Apparently the trailer I rented was reported stolen by uhaul! I had called the 1-800 # on two separate occasions detailing my needs and extending my rental contract. They assured me it was okay and had approved said time. I DID NOT steal your equipment and had made sure to let UHAUL know of my whereabouts and plans. Very disappointed and will probably not use uhaul again, aside from the overcharging out my pocket for a move. Thanks uhaul for a bad first experience, figured y'all would be helpful and understanding. Rock and Sons are the folk who let me know of the situation and I'm in utter disbelief. Stolen??? Are you serious?
Jared E.This was NOT the location I specified in my reservation. Dog slobber all over the inside of the windows in the truck. Wheel bearing on the trailer failed, costing me an hour. Your roadside support staff were incompetent. I told them exactly where I was by highway, mile marker and nearest city, but because their location drop pin thing wouldn't work, they got all flustered and kept telling me they were in Florida. The guy that came out with a replacement trailer was very helpful.
Paul K.We were charged for a dozen moving blankets but soon realized upon packing and cleaning the truck with everything we rented that we were only given half a dozen of the blankets. Hoping that I will be charged for the missing six. We struggled to get the 26footer we so desperately needed and as a result, ended up needing To rent two trucks to do the job of one. The turn process was smooth and the instructions easy to follow. Overall, a fair experience.

Thomas K.U-Haul needs to provide a full tank of gasoline in their pickup rentals.This would make it much easier to return the vehicle replacing the gasoline that has been used. As it is, it's necessary to guess at the amount needed, often resulting in putting in more than necessary or having U-Haul replace the gasoline at a cost well above market rate. This practice needs to stop and will have an impact on any future rentals I may consider.

Kay H.Uhaul on outside and inside was dirty, windshield wiper was broken and had to replace during trip. Air conditioner vents were broken and could not close or open properly. Doors are not sealed properly so was super noisy with wind coming through doors when driving.

John F.I reserved a 10 ft truck. When I picked it up I was told they had changed the reservation to a 15ft truck due to a truck requiring drop off in the location was going to.tgey did disclose "minor" previous damage on the drivers side door. I was told the damage did "not impact driveability". This was not true. The damage prevented the door from depressing the mechanism that registers the door is closed. This resulted in a near constant dinging noise and an alert to "shift to park" additionally the door registered as open leading to the interior light remaining on at all times. We live In a very rural location. Returning the truck would have bern over an hour in the opposite direction. We were able to place a piece of foaming the door mechanism to fool the truck into thinking the door was closed. But then had to climb in and out over the passenger seat. Additionally the truck was GROSS. There were multiple empty energy drink cans, moldy old mini-donuts, and gas station foods wrappers under the seat. Everything was super sticky and dirty. The back of the truck was littered with debris. This was a terrible service which cost $315! No discount was given and the person checking us in kept saying what a good deal we were getting. What a joke! Will be looking into other options for future moves. Very disappointed.

Mike C.The employee verbally warned me to make sure it's clean before I returned it but when I got to the house I was unpacking there were bottles (most of which had urine and tobacco spit) and Receipts under the seats and the bed in the back was covered in sawdust and dirt. The second employee I returned the vehicle to tried to write off a higher number on the odometer until I showed them I had a picture I took when I got there to prove otherwise.
Damian H.I was charged additional mileage despite only going to my destination. More mileage up front would have prevented that. No fault of the shop. The mountain pass was closed so I had to turn back adding miles that weren't expected.

Richard M.I parked the truck and went inside. Cheerful dude at the counter immediately took my paperwork, checked out the truck, and had me ready to leave with my receipt. Before he could return from checking the truck, which took about 90 seconds, another employee came around ready to help me. These guys are on the ball, and the whole experience, as brief as it was, was very pleasant. Seven thumbs up.

David R.La Grande Oregon has limited supplies. It is tough when you have to go 2.5 hours to Ontario Or to get AutoTransport and Idaho to get a moving truck. The assistant at Rock & Sons U Haul was rude when I tried to pickup supplies. He tried to charge me after I paid online!!
