This will be my last time using Uhaul. Customer service is absolutely garbage. They never know what's going on or how to resolve anything. Called a month ago because I was supposed to get a $100 certificate. They said it would be paid back to me in a few business days. A month later still nothing. And now it just so happens they know nothing about it what so ever.

When I drop off from what email tell to drop off at and need more specific where place drop off and where to park if they close. That place which have no room for flat bed trailer park and there so many other cars and stuff in way which you can't park. I think better when you send email for where to drop off and I recommend to add map and blue print of place to drop off like add color to specific park at

The gentleman that helped me with the U-Haul kept cutting off everything I was trying to tell him and just said don't worry I'll handle it and then I watched him get in an argument with another customer returning his U-Haul rental was not very professional.

Requested ride share and was told key would be in box, that was incorrect truck was not even at location, but check went quickly so in the end it was fine.

Online app and pick-up was terrible. Couldn't change the pickup time, directions as to the truck were not accurate, opening the key lock was not clear. Took forever.

These folks were amazing! Came out on a Friday night to give us a tow when our car broke down in an area out of cell service. Then directed us to a good hotel within walking distance for the night. Then hooked us up with a Uhaul truck and car dolly so we could return to Idaho. Their help made the situation not quite so bad. Thank you! ??

Do not overbook Enterprise Oregon and make me drive an additional 120 miles to pick up a Uhaul. I know it is a underpopulated area, but if you look at my rentals, I am a frequent renter. Again wishing there were other options in that area.

When I first went there to pick up some boxes the fellow was not very friendly, telling me how his boss had to buy the boxes from U-Haul and that it wasn't a U-Haul service and on and on when all I needed was the boxes. This person needs some training. When I went to pick up the trailer the person was excellent: polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

When a customer is offered a 15 foot truck for the same price as the 10' foot truck she originally reserved, it would be nice if the offer was honored. I was charged the full 15' foot truck price.

I submitted an online request for Customer Service and at least a partial refund for the very poor experience we had renting your truck. It has been 3 days now with no response. I would expect that you would take these seriously and at least reply back to them in a timely manner.

The local Renter was great, very helpful once I got to talk with them directly. There is a disconnect between who a customer is allowed to talk to when making a reservation, the the local renting location and the customer. In my case this was a bit of an emergency, I wasn't allowed to speak with the local rep but had to make a reservation through the 800 #. I was told that they couldn't confirm where my rental would come from just and one of the local renters (100 mile radius where I was at the time) would contact me within an hour if they had the truck I needed, after waiting over 2 hours I was able to call the most local renter only to find out the truck had been ready for the whole time. I was also called, texted and emailed about a dozen times about who I would be dropping the rental off with even after I had set my drop-off location. Very annoying wading through all that info so I could make sure the message wasn't important.

Trailer was not at confirmed pickup site so I had to drive to this site to pick up. 45 miles out of my way. Then had to argue about new contract that was going to cost me more even though uhaul didn't have the trailer at conformed pickup site. Was told my trucks wiring was the reason the running lights were not working on the trailer. One side worked one didn't. Said my wiring was good. Then told it was a burned out bulb. Then told to just don't drive it at night.I had to use it at night. I replaced bulb. Still not working. Then hooked to friends truck. Still not working. Had to drive without lights. Uhaul sucks! Will never use again!!!!!!!!!

I tried to rent a car dollie in John Day, I was told that there would be no one there tell 4PM to sign it out, that they could not help me, even though I had rented it before and the had all the required information. I then tried to rent one in Baker City, after much difficulty locating a UHaul they had no car dollies, I then checked in Haines, Oregon I finally located the one I rented in LaGrande, Oregon. My app for uhaul did not work on my phone for some reason. I am finding that renting from Uhaul is becoming so difficult that I much rather purchase a trailer (I did) or a tow dolly (not yet) then to rent one
