Dexter HIt all started with Uhaul booking me a trailer that was not available at my original pick up location in Twin Falls. I was given an option to pick up a trailer thats in Kimberly, ID. I was ready for pick up at 3:30pm. Got to kimberly rpund 4pm n had to wait there for 15 min bcuz the store was closed when i arrived. I had to call a number on the door and wait for someone to show up. I got out of there at 4:48pm. The redundancy when booking it is ridiculous. It always is w U-haul. Why take all my info over the phone only to give it again to the store clerk all over again. I rented it out for 24hrs and they wanted it back the next day at 4pm. I dropped it off bout 3:00pm, no one was there.

Gary CWhen I rented the 15 foot moving van, I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and said that I did not need the van until Friday night or Saturday morning. Knowing that the rental place was not open on Sunday, I told them that I would return it on Monday morning. I was told the gate would not be locked and that I could return it Sunday night. I picked up the van on Friday between 6:00 and 6:30 pm and returned the van Sunday night just after 8:00 pm. When I received the invoice on Monday, I discovered that I was charged from 2:40 pm on Friday until 8:49 am on Monday. According to this, I was charged for 4 days, when I actually had possession for just over two days.
tryo pHave your rep actually say i will be charged a extra day instead of it being a damn surprise. It was 21$ that I wasn't supposed to have to pay.

JASON SAfter I was quoted a price including miles they charged me an additional $700 because they “made a mistake” at pick up. When I tried to dispute it they said I shouldn’t have paid if the amount was incorrect. They had my card on file so it was charged automatically. I would not have paid the incorrect amount. I am frustrated that I have made 4 calls now with no resolution. Currently on hold again with someone who is saying because I talked to a representative in person it was not recorded so they can’t help me regardless of what was said by the uhaul employee. So frustrating. That’s said, everyone has jerk pleasing however this needs to get resolved. An additional $700 on a $900 rental is not acceptable.
