This was the most frustrating attempt at renting a vehicle I've had in my life. It took me 2 days, 4 miles of walking, and multiple calls and emails to rent a van that was filthy, full of pet hair and crumbs and trash, needed an oil change, had no windshield washing fluid (while the windshield was caked with slush and salt). It was nearly impossible to rent the vehicle without using their "app" - which I have no interest in doing.
