Had a tail light fall out of a trailer I was using. Had the insurance on it he saw what I was talking about and said don’t worry about it it will be fix. Was nice at both places.

Bought a new lawn mower from Home Depot online, but I needed a way to transport it. I did not know that Rockcastle Hardware was a local Uhaul store. This made finding and renting a trailer more convienant as they are 5 minutes from my house. The owners treat you like family and always ensure you leave there store happy. Best Hardware store in the area.

The gentleman that took care of us was awesome! Very knowledgeable and had a safe fix when the large S-hook was too large for the small openings on the hitch. I really appreciate this location being open on Sunday. Most in the area aren't.

Maybe put the correct amount on receipts so it’s not a problem when I need to get my deposit. People were very rude all around just something I would never deal with again especially after I just lost my mom they were very rude.
