I was never told I would have to pay extra for after hour drop off..I could have kept it but thought not using it why not give back early like half a day early and yet I get charged. Also was supposed to get 10miles credit because we waited for a dolly that we had ordered in advance. Gonna think twice before I use you all..you were my go to ..

I've used uhaul for several years this was by far my worst experience. No gas was told it had a second tank it did not. I almost ran out if gas. Customer service was horrible 😫 Brakes are going out cab filthy I'd never leave a bad review if it wasn't horrible.

Had my quoted rate wrong which took over thirty minutes and three guys to get straight. Not friendly at all even though I brought them a dozen donuts. Terrible service. I felt I was an annoyance and they just wanted to get rid of me so they could get back to sitting on their butts.

This place was a tire shop that had a few u haul trucks on the side to rent out. Usually I don't have a great experience in these kinds of places but this place was great. I would one hundred percent recommend them

Truck was damaged and it would’ve been solved with just checking some camera footage and the manager refused to even acknowledge that. trying to make me pay for it on the spot. To be clear, I did not cause the damage.

About a 12 year old boy checked me and checked me out, no customer service skills. The appliance dolly was not in the unit and when returned wrong amount charged to my credit card. After several calls finally got resolved

Why is there a literal child working here/checking me out? This man had his child working the front desk to accept and process my truck. He looked to be 11 or 12 years old. He also was DRIVING the truck. There is no way he is old enough to be doing that. This was totally disappointing and made U-Haul look awful/disgusting. I’ll never do a move with U Haul after this drop off due to moral reservations. Child exploitation actually occurring at this location.

U-Haul rented the truck I had rented to someone else and I had to drive to two separate locations to finally get a truck. Then I finally get a truck and I didn’t even drive 20 miles. When I returned it he said since I didn’t put gas in it that they were going to charge me $30. I was so tired I just said ok

The manager in charge is very professional and considerate. He shows great leadership and care for the customer. One thing that was forgotten at checkout was the dolly that was on the initial reservation.

In a tire shop and the young son (probably around 12) was running the check in on and off as his father dealt with tire shop. Kid knew his stuff, but it was more than odd.
