It's the only one in town. They charged us an additional $48 and could not tell us why only gave us the Memphis TN U-haul number to call and find out. Memphis was very helpful and resolved the charge. The guy in tunica just kept saying "we are not U-Haul so we don't know why you were charged?". If they are not U-Haul then who is and why could they charge my card $48 if they had nothing to do with U-Haul. Very unprofessional.........

Christopher TThe equipment was dirty enough that my additional driver took video before leaving. Also, my check out experience was the worst I have ever had. At first I was being charged an additional $10 for gas when it was slightly over what we picked it up with, then the business told me I couldn't get the cash deposit back because they didn't keep cash. i am STILL waiting for the cash deposit and I am just fed up. These are by far not all of the issues I had with this rental just the more pressing. Additionally it gave me the wrong directions to the location to return it and we had to drop an hour away to find a truck anywhere near what we needed I was told that I was going to receive an adjustment for the price and the mileage but I have not seen that either.

Jarvis LMy van had terrrible wipers-they screeched and I felt like they may come off at any time. No washer fluid, my car battery went dead 3 hours from home and the mechanic said the van had been poorly maintained and probably needed a new starter. I did notice it had a slow start when I cranked it.

rina mThere internet was not working...the person that normally does there Uhaul stuff was out...so I had to wait over a hour and half to get a truck...the side mirror was showing me I could not get it to turn the right way...The guy in Uhaul tried he could not either...I had to put my head out the window to change lanes...because getting out of the Uhaul place so late my movers went to there next job so I had to pay $57. For another day so the movers could fit me in This is my 5th Uhaul less then a year...I spent about 5 to 6000. The last 2 times I've rented have been hell...I Pau way to much to not get any help...to be charged for another day because of No knew how to do Uhaul not right...

The guy kept saying he wasn't feeling comfortable with my Jeep on the trailer but it came down to me having to give him $40 cash so he could feel better he said " I would feel better with some cash in my pocket" . I feel ripped off by U-Haul and will remember this next time.

Charles KI had reserved the trailer with a pickup location of Hamilton Storage in Hernando, MS. When I arrived at 8am they informed me that they did not have the trailer and I would have to go to Tunica (30 minutes away) to pick it up. When I got to the site in Tunica the only person working was a lady in the convenience store that is the Uhaul site. No one was there that could complete the contract for me. She took my name and phone number, said she would have the guy call me, and told me to take the trailer…which I did. I called Hamilton Storage and they gave me the Memphis Uhaul number to complete the contract. The experience in Tunica was abysmal.

John SI had problem with uhaul reservations. I would ger a confirmed location and then. I would get an email telling me that the confirmed location did not have the size truck I wanted and then I would get another location that would be a problem. This happened to me twice and it took me over 3wks to finally move without me having to cancel.

I spoke with the customer rep and asked for a 26” and he went over what I wanted and he put in the system I wanted a 15” which cause me to drive an hour away when I could have picked up a uhaul in my hometown
Etosha JUHaul emailed me a pick up location in Robinsonville, as requested, however this location did not have the trailer we needed and were unwilling to locate a trailer. I had to call another location who located the trailer we needed in Tunica, MS, 15 miles out of our way. This reservation was made 26 days before the move, online. NEVER AGAIN, will I do an online reservation, waste of time, as NOTHING was how I had requested.

Richard WI rented a 5’x8’ trailer. The door on the trailer is 4’ wide. I have a design in mind that would improve the door opening and make loading much easier. I hovered hell loading the trailer through the 4’ door.
richard vReached location right before closing, and young man told us he was getting ready to close and to "self-drop it and do it online". So, we tried this and online was having technical difficulties. Called Uhaul 3 times Saturday night, 21Jul2018, and waited on the phone more than 20 minutes each time with no answer from customer service. Chatted with someone named "Nancy" who told us she would make a note and "to leave equipment and call Uhaul tomorrow." We called several times on Sunday, 22Jul2018, to both drop location and Uhaul customer service with no answer from either. Called drop location today, and was told "system is down and I will call you back", but confirmed that trailer was at his location. Finally reached someone at Uhaul customer service on 23Jul2018 after 3 calls and wait time, totaling 48 minutes..... this is ridiculous! We rented Uhaul truck in May and had a horrible experience with junk equipment! Now, a horrible experience 2 months later with contacting customer service.

mary eAt first I was told I could not drop off vehicle because the person was not there. Then I was told he was there. The office was cluttered and not up to what I would expect of U-Haul I was charged an extra day for being one hour over the stated time. I requested the vehicle for April 7 but had to pick it up the afternoon of April 6 because of the businesses hours. I should not have been penalized because of this.

lee rThe card reader was not working and it took nearly an hour to get everything done. It was in a backroom of a gas station and wasn't very organized. It was understaffed and I think that made the most difference. I wouldn't pick up from this location again.
Mathew JThey did not hold my reservation. When I arrived to pick it up it was not there. I had hired workers waiting on me. I lost approximately three hours of hired labor/ help loading. They eventually got the truck back for me but I had to wait on it three hours.

After my further questioning, they explained the contract would be emailed to me, since the dealer was unable to receive a hard copy. Also, the Right Rear tire had NO TREAD - totally slick.

STACEY Min a hurry when I dropped off u-haul no one there to help me 11:30am on a week day. Plus they robbed me for 52 dollars I put 95 dollars in gas in a 20 ft truck and only drove 350 miles. They said tank was below 1/4 but it was barely below a 1/2. They parked on a slope so it would read low. had to leave and trust they would do me right when who ever takes care of the uhauls made it to work. I thought they would be honest but I was wrong. I wouldn't want these people associated with any business I owned. They lost my business and my companies business for you. Need to inspect your locations place was dirty and hard to find and the people are crooks. Never had a worse experience in my life

STANLEY Ji reserved trailer and received e-mail notification it was ready but in a town 45 minutes away from my local store. I showed up and only person who could do paperwork on rental had left and no one else on site could rent trailer. After an hour waiting on the person to get back I called u-haul and a Leslie in customer service took care of me over the pohone. Leslie from U-haul was great but I will never use this pickup location agian.
JON CMy only complaint was there was some delay on the computer, and the food smelled so good, I almost bought some chicken (Dinner was waiting for me at home!)
Betty aIt took an hour to complete the paperwork...we got the wrong truck....we did not get the pads we ordered...they gave me someone else's paperwork to sign off on...the vehicle was not inspectrd....I could go on, but I think you get the picture...
