If I had trusted your cellphone app MY MOVE WOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELED !! Luckily I tried the app the day before my move. I was going to pick up the truck at 5am. The app said OOPS! Something went wrong, try again in a few minutes. That was last Friday. THE APP IS STILL BROKEN (today is Tuesday !) I was forced to start my rental on Friday afternoon. You wouldn't trust me to take home the key so I was sure to have a truck on Saturday morning. I had 9 people showing up to help me with the move, they had to drive 2 hours to make the move. The owner of the place I rented said the app was often broken. I WON'T EVER USE U HAUL AGAIN. FIX YOUR SOFTWARE !!!
