JAMES BPlease make it more clear the time you have to drop off the vehicle by - I had to really search through all of my receipts/emails I received to figure it out.
MARIANNE KALL TRAILERS NEED A JACK! It is ridiculous to think that one can safety manage and navigate a 6’x12’ trailer, getting it on and off the hitch was a nightmare! Impossible for one person when the trailer is empty, let alone fully loaded. UNSAFE!!

CHERYL TI was told $15 a day rental on a trailer. For 1 day. I then get charged over $40..... What kind of scam y'all got going on here?
RAYMOND MThe "standard" fees that apply for the trailer one way needs to be upfront. I was charged for 4 day due to a 1 way active-duty military move, only had the u-haul 2 days and was still penalized for the whole 4 days. Uprooting our lives is already complicated, we shouldn't be ripped off in the process!

VERA CDrop off was fine and there was even a sweet kitty cat who came to saw hello. Phone signal wasn’t great in that location so that slowed contactless drop off as the store was closed.

John KYou did not put a destination to drop off on the contract and when I called to ask where to drop it off you tried to send me 2 hours out of the way from my location when I was calling from an open u haul dealer. The dealer and u haul told me if I didn’t take it 2 hours out of my way then they would charge me a wrong destination fee. Because no one wanted a 4 x 8 trailer. So you expect me to shuffle your equipment to suit your needs and disregard mine and threaten me with added fees if I don’t consent to your unreasonable demands. That is bull crap.
Edward RSo the reservation I made was at another location for a larger trailer. Upon arriving to pick up at the other location it was not there nor was any trailer there. That facility could only say i had to call Uhaul. I was on hold for 15 minutes trying to get through. Finally coordinated for another location and had to get a small trailer due to no availability. Not a good U Haul experience. The second location was fine and the young lady helpful however again not the original location and not the size trailer I wanted. So my issue and poor experience was U Haul itself

jacqueline sPersonally I do not like going into a place of business that smells strongly of cigarettes. Very pleased with the person that waited on me.
Billy PI called the location the day before to confirm the 20ft truck was going to ready for pick up on Sunday at 9am. I was told it was there and wd be ready. Yet on Sunday Aug 1 2021 when I arrived the truck was not there. the employee I spoke to the day before was off. Two very nice ladies were working but knew nothing about renting out of the uhauls. The employee from Saturday that I spoke with was called at home and he didn’t know when the truck would be there. He only suggested I wait and see if the truck shows up. Meantime I tried calling the corporate office and after a 45 min hold with them I hung up. After over an hour in the store the truck comes driving in. No one was sure what was going on and the driver responded to the ladies that he should have brought it back the night before but he had gotten In trouble with the police. I did get the truck but only by the grace of God. This has been a terrible experience and I will not rent again

Nick ZWhen we opened the cab to load my furniture, roaches scattered everywhere and the was trash in the cab. The was also feces that had been smeared on the floor, possibly from someone stepping in it and then getting in the back. It was so filthy, I had to have my furniture fumigated before bringing it into my home. when I called to talk to someone, I was told that within the hour the regional manager would be calling me. I have YET to hear from him.
SUSAN MThe location is a very small mom and pops hardware store that does a little of everything and masters nothing. Great people, but quite disorganized I n most respects.
SHANE CU-haul website had the store showing as being closed, even though it wasn't, so I had made my reservation for mobile pick up which ended up being a huge mistake. The pick up location put the wrong truck out, so I couldn't get through mobile pick up. Thank God the store was actually open, because it was a huge to-do and the whole reservation had to get cancelled and redone. They did upgrade me to a bigger truck free of charge, but we wasted almost a whole hour of our moving time dealing with the mix up, putting us way behind schedule on our whole move.
