The drop off location lot was full and they initially indicated I could not drop off. After discussion with the area manager Hector I was able to drop off. Overall equipment is crammed in and not staged professionally.

I requested the pickup to be at the rocky spring mart location but you sent it to the rockwood location 20 miles away.

Trailer was muddy & parked in the mud. The cashier knew nothing about checking the trailer out to me, had to wait over an hour for somebody on the phone to help her check it out to me. Terrible experience that I will never do again.

Rocky Sring Mart could not provide printout of contract or uhaul Assistan contact information. The trailer inside was dirty with gravel and mud. Trailer tires were bold. Their English was very poor and they put in the incorrect destination which I did not see until I looked at the email confirmation after I was on the road. Once at my destination the tires had cords exposed.

Today I returned a car hauler I was believing this please was closed until 12 being that it is a Sunday I was 1an a half hours late and was charged an additional 24 hours 5his I believe is unfair and unacceptable I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow and filing a dispute since I can't get any one to return my call

A little more clear communication about the check in process. It was done well it appears just not communicated well. Was very grateful that it was this close to where I was. Normally I would have to drive 30 to 40 minutes for a drop off of other rental equipment.

My reservation was for a 10' truck in Syracuse. Went to the location and no truck. Had to drive 20+ miles to Tully to this location for a 17' truck - which consumed significantly more fuel than I would have.

I had reserved a truck to be picked up at Teall Ave location in Syracuse, NY because of its proximity to my son's apartment. Twenty fours hours before the scheduled pick up I received an email notification that the truck was to be picked up in Tully, NY. I called that location and was told that it would be difficult to change the pick up location. Tully, NY location is approximately 25 miles from Syracuse, NY. So this meant adding 25 miles to the mileage and causing me at least an hour of extra driving time on the moving day. Also I had ordered pads for the move, and they were not available at this location. The truck was returned a day early in Alexandria, VA. Subsequently I was billed an additional $4.00 for extra mileage, which was in fact caused by U-Haul's change in pick up location. If you really care about Customer Service, you would refund that charge and acknowledge how this was inconvenient.

Your online reservation center needs to change the online form. Because there was no noticeable area to reserve the truck for a desired amount of time, the truck I originally rented, from Hartleys in Cortland, had been booked for the afternoon. It was only because of the people at Hartleys that I was able to rent the truck from Royal. Basically, I think the company should not say rent the truck for the day because, as in my case, I think the day is 24 hours, when it really could be as short as six hours. So if the add says rent for a day, make the day 24 hours.

The staff at Royal Fiberglass Pools was friendly and accommodating. However, the U-Haul reservation process should be streamlined and made easier for staff to complete.

Reservation Agent (Marcello) said that van was available at Canal St Syracuse location. I asked if Marcello was in that office and he said yes. He was only interested in getting my credit card. Turns out van was not available in Syracuse & I was diverted out of my way to Tully. Then Mike said van was available until 2:30 but upon my objection worked to have it ready at 10:00 for pick up. Marcello was not helpful at all (I learned he was in the call center so he lied to me).

Had issues with the truck... drove from New York to Tennessee with out a working radio, dome lights both in cab and cargo, also had a leak in the cargo space

You need to change the directions you have online for this location. We drove 26 miles out of our way because you gave us the wrong directions. Lots of time wasted. When I could net locate it after we drove about 12 miles I called them and the girl that answered was snotty and said she knew nothing about uhaul. I anticipated a problem when I got to the correct location but another girl was there and she was very nice and helped us.

Currently discussing the gas with them. We filled it up to 7/8 as required and the place we returned is saying that we did not. I have the receipt in front of me. We were required to put 13.1 gallons in as described on the contract. The receipt shows we put 13.113 in the tank. This organization has a reputation for lying and I do not plan on being a returning customer.

We had to travel from Syracuse down to Tully to pick up this trailer.. the staff at Fiberglass Pools was lovely and helpful, but the location was inconvenient! I had not picked up the confirmation call (which came in during my daughter's graduation ceremony,..) and no message was left, so it was not until we arrived at the requested pick up spot (Erie and Tuell in Syracuse) that we learned we needed to go to Tully. There was also, in Syracuse, a question about the tow bar and hitch ball I had ordered; the woman at the desk was very busy, but still impatient and unhelpful. The manager came out, however, and was great. I should note this was graduation weekend for Syracuse University, so demand for moving equipment was probably at its highest, so I understand why things didn't go exactly according to plan. I do wish the confirmation caller had left a message, however. But we all got home in one piece. Thanks!

I had to drive 30 miles to pick up the uhaul only to have to back track to load it up and then drive it to my new apartment. I had problems with my confirmation call and setting up a pick up time with this location. Their phone system was down and it took an hour of multiple phone calls before someone at the 1800gouhaul finally decided they could set up my pick up time. Then when I picked up the uhaul the computers were down so they couldn't use any of my information , such as credit card, that was given in the initial reservation. The didn't include the furniture pads that I asked for and paid for. I had to go to the uhaul location that was nearest to me to get the furniture pads. This was the worst u-haul experience I have had yet.
