The tire strap on the tow dolly was torn.
It ripped all the way halfway down the mountain and I almost lost the car I was towing.
Once we got to the location I had to cut the strap to unwrap it from the cars suspension.
Sent out damaged equipment and almost lost the load.

I don't understand why this place cannot have 6x12 ramped trailers? At least let the manager of this place know why so he can explain it to customers. I asked for one and he said he just could not get them because of a decision above, but he was not sure of the logic. Makes no sense to me to not try to meet the needs of customer(s).

I can't think of anything else to be done The owner is amazing and very accommodating. He will do his best to mane things easier for the customer. I'm 70 yrs old and a female. It was very easy for me to rent and return the truck.Very nice gentleman. Would recommend to anyone.
