While the interior of the 10' rental truck was clean the windows were dirty and bug covered. I needed to clean them before driving. I feel that is a safety item that should be addressed with any rental vehicle before leaving the lot. Also the car dolly stuck out passed the truck and I would have liked that the fender facing the front of the truck had a marker light on it for my sighting of the trailer in my side rear mirror. Especially since I was driving at night.

Ruth KWhen a truck is not available at your nearest location you should NOT have to pay for that extra mileage to and from the farther location. I will not rent a U-Haul again due to that fact!!!!!!
Maggie SPlenty of room to turn around- another “not much you can do about it” but the cell service is weak so it would be tough to upload pictures for self check out, I believe. Staff there checked me out, so no problem for me, since I came during open hours.
