Make sure the person in charge have better Customer Service Skills. Make sure the Truck is clean inside and out Make sure maintenance is done on the truck this truck had a bad Mercy brake kept getting stuck on me .Bell kept ringing because of the stuck break I had no choice but to drive it we back it the same day pick up..Over all Corporate came to my rescue.Because I was sent from another location they had no one ways and didn't log my Reservation in for pick up

Operator spoke broken English. Difficult to understand. Although I had pre-registered and pre-paid online, operator had to call the facility manager(?) to be told how to dispatch the truck. Facility was a tire/rim/auto repair shop but the place looked like a junkyard; dirty, poor repair and disorganized.

Poor location, No one seem to know anything about my order even though I made arrangements from another location a week earlier. Had to wait over 30 minutes to pick up the unit, wish I had used another rental company altogether.

The manager at Rocky Discount Tires location where the truck and car transport pickup was TOTALLY unhelpful. When I asked him questions, he only indicated "we are not allowed to do that". The tire maintenance repair person finally came out to connect the straps and safety chain from my car to the transport and I much appreciated. You should discontinue use of this location or get someone in there that is more helpful. Worse experience with U-Haul ever. Thanks

This is not the location we wanted to pick up at. Not convenient for us. And paperwork signed at location. The transaction was done over the phone. This is not how we’ve experienced it in the past.

Did not have the reserved equipment that I required upon pick-up. They were not helpful with placing the trailer on the truck and one worker was cussing at us while we were asking for instructions. Horrible place and would never recommend.

We were charged for an extra day even tho our reservation states we had the truck for 5 days. We were to return it by Tuesday, we returned on Monday and were charged an extra $40. Not sure which location is responsible for the charge but it is poor business practice.

This is ny 2nd experience with this location. It’s almost like they don’t know what they’re doing here. The last time I went here, they didn’t even have an agent that was available to rent a truck to me.

This place should be closed down. Dirty and the people who work there no nothing about renting your equipment. I went the day before to make sure my hitch would work and was told yes no problem and when I inquired about the wiring for the lights that mine was just right. I arrived 30 minutes before I was to pick up my trailer. The man who was there was only able to start the process and had to keep calling someone about how to do something in the contract. Finally after 45 minutes we are done and walking out to the trailer. I am now informed that my hitch won't work after being told the day before I was good. Now I have to go purchase a hitch and they don't stock anything there so we go get a hitch. Now after that he tells me that there's no plug for the wiring to contact to my truck and I would have to drive some place else to get a plug. So I told him that I was no going anywhere and that he would have to get the plug and come back. He returns and now charges me 15.00 for the plug. I am now to mad to do anything it's now 12:30 I have lost enough time. This whole experience was a nightmare. And had not budgeted for the extra cost of a hitch and plug. This operation is a very bad represention of the U-haul business.

Advise staff on duty not to act like the U-Haul is not their job and put me on the phone with someone else telling him they are busy when all they were doing was watching a movie on the computer. . Make sure cab of truck is not crawling with ants. And supplies are provided as ordered although I did get a refund.
