Well I originally had a reservation 2 days ahead of time at Woods but when I got there to rent truck no one was there to do it so I had to go to Rods & Rides to rent a truck, it was last minute but Rods & Rides was awesome and had me in a truck within the hour & I arrived at my destination 3 mins early even though my 10 am reservation fell through. The only other inconvenience I had was I couldn't check-in & rent the truck online & I couldn't return my truck through uhaul.com because it wouldn't work, they couldn't find my location even though I had location on, that was kind of inconvenient! I had to call Rods & Rides the next day because you always saying my truck was not returned and it was late which it was not and she had to do all that work to get it straightened out because the online truck return process did not work.

Randy BIt’s a very small location, but easy to manage drop off. I only spoke to the proprietor over the phone but they were very nice. Will be dealing with this location again at the end of the week due to another larger truck we have to rent in Oklahoma and then drop off at this location. The lady there also was able to arrange for me to get a couple of people to unload our truck when we get back from Oklahoma. I really appreciated that.

Starting with the rental pickup location in Eldorado Springs they were super friendly, helpful, professional and well prepared to help me figure out what needed. I ended up interacting with some of the customer service staff during my rental and they were the same. Very helpful and polite. Complete without the nonstop upselling or upgrade offers that virtually everyone in customer service are doing these days. You all STAND ABOVE THE CROWD. Well done and you have earned my business in the future. Thanks for the good ole fashion personal interaction and no push button requirements to just talk to a person. Love it.

Tanja HToo expensive and drop off location was less than a professional experience To say the least she couldn’t get me checked in I had to go re-pick up the U-Haul after dropping off to drive it almost 5 miles down the road to another U-Haul location to only be told that I old 17 more dollars and I had to argue with the employee about that because he was trying to charge me 27 for more mileage when I was 44 miles less than

Tanja HAt my Longview, TX destination, your contracted vendor didn't show up to unload my truck. Uhaul was kind enough to comp us an extra 2 days for the truck rental. Uhaul needs to stop their load/unload vendors from not showing up by changing their payment in advance for those contractors and require them to get paid when showing up to do the job. My husband are Seniors and handicapped and were greatly inconvenienced because we couldn't afford to hire new unloaders after our funds were taken by the unloaders who didn't show up. We began unloading our 20 ft truck into a storage unit. The storage unit workers saw us struggling and decided to help us unload the entire truck! We appreciated their help, too!

Michelle BThe remote pick up wouldn’t work and when I called she said there’s nothing she could do. So then I waited on the phone for an hour to talk to a UHaul customer service only to have her walk me through every thing I already did. Got there at 7, left at 9 with my truck. Absolute nightmare.
Ashley OThis site was "paperless". Stated that the information is available on Uhaul website and on the phone. Well I had trouble with this system at Uhaul website using my phone. First, unable to get to a page that I could pay for the rental. Just not available. Uhaul needs to fix this. Second, unable to access any documents like the contract or payment page or transaction. The documents can be viewed on email, but I do not have hotmail on my phone.
Doug NGas tank was empty and the blankets and dolly I requested and paid for were not included. Truck was not at my requested location and the overall communication with uhaul was poor. The whole experience from beginning to end dead awful and I will avoid Uhaul in the future

Tracey CPur humans at "all" your locations. I spent an hour on the phone while at the location trying to get the truck picked up and to let me get the keys. Finally, I was able to get a hold of a Very Nice young man named Mohammad that helped me navigate the app. I am an IT analyst by profession in the Software Services/Development department. You app is written poorly and is most definitely NOT user friendly. I do want to say that Mohammed proved to be the most help I received...after talking with two other people. He was patient and was able to troubleshoot the issue within your app professionally and quickly. Thank you Mohammed!
TED TExcellent service. They told me how to fix my truck quickly when the lights wouldn’t work on the trailer and then fetched a bigger trailer from another location immediately when I realized I had misjudged the size trailer needed.
Laurie BI reserved a larger truck for Wednesday March 24th. They had me down for Monday March 29th. I had to settle for a smaller truck and all my items did not fit.
