I am impressed with the customer service of UHaul. Starting with the rental pickup location in Eldorado Springs they were super friendly, helpful, professional and well prepared to help me figure out what needed. I ended up interacting with some of the customer service staff during my rental and they were the same. Very helpful and polite. Complete without the nonstop upselling or upgrade offers that virtually everyone in customer service are doing these days. You all STAND ABOVE THE CROWD. Well done and you have earned my business in the future. Thanks for the good ole fashion personal interaction and no push button requirements to just talk to a person. Love it.

Tanja HAt my Longview, TX destination, your contracted vendor didn't show up to unload my truck. Uhaul was kind enough to comp us an extra 2 days for the truck rental. Uhaul needs to stop their load/unload vendors from not showing up by changing their payment in advance for those contractors and require them to get paid when showing up to do the job. My husband are Seniors and handicapped and were greatly inconvenienced because we couldn't afford to hire new unloaders after our funds were taken by the unloaders who didn't show up. We began unloading our 20 ft truck into a storage unit. The storage unit workers saw us struggling and decided to help us unload the entire truck! We appreciated their help, too!

Michelle BThe remote pick up wouldn’t work and when I called she said there’s nothing she could do. So then I waited on the phone for an hour to talk to a UHaul customer service only to have her walk me through every thing I already did. Got there at 7, left at 9 with my truck. Absolute nightmare.
Ashley OThis site was "paperless". Stated that the information is available on Uhaul website and on the phone. Well I had trouble with this system at Uhaul website using my phone. First, unable to get to a page that I could pay for the rental. Just not available. Uhaul needs to fix this. Second, unable to access any documents like the contract or payment page or transaction. The documents can be viewed on email, but I do not have hotmail on my phone.
Doug NGas tank was empty and the blankets and dolly I requested and paid for were not included. Truck was not at my requested location and the overall communication with uhaul was poor. The whole experience from beginning to end dead awful and I will avoid Uhaul in the future

Tracey CPur humans at "all" your locations. I spent an hour on the phone while at the location trying to get the truck picked up and to let me get the keys. Finally, I was able to get a hold of a Very Nice young man named Mohammad that helped me navigate the app. I am an IT analyst by profession in the Software Services/Development department. You app is written poorly and is most definitely NOT user friendly. I do want to say that Mohammed proved to be the most help I received...after talking with two other people. He was patient and was able to troubleshoot the issue within your app professionally and quickly. Thank you Mohammed!
TED TExcellent service. They told me how to fix my truck quickly when the lights wouldn’t work on the trailer and then fetched a bigger trailer from another location immediately when I realized I had misjudged the size trailer needed.
Laurie BI reserved a larger truck for Wednesday March 24th. They had me down for Monday March 29th. I had to settle for a smaller truck and all my items did not fit.

Thomas PI reserved my equipment online and received a confirmation email. When my husband went to pick it up, nobody was there. He called and a woman answered, and said she didn't know about our reservation so wasn't there. She called 3 hours later when she got to the business for him to pick up the equipment. When we asked about Uhaul's $50 Reservation Guarantee, she knew nothing about it. We were charged for coverage even though I specifically chose no coverage online when I did the reservation. I have used Uhaul before and was happy with them, but I've never used this location before and never will again. And after the terrible customer service from their corporate line trying to resolve these issues, I doubt I will use Uhaul again.

Frank MThe location was supposed to be open from 10am until 2pm the day I returned the truck. I had to drive 30 miles one way from where I actually moved to the location to return it. I got there at approximately 12noon. The place was completely deserted and hadn’t even looked like anyone had been there in days. I verified that I was at the correct location did a self check in And took pictures to verify that I was at the correct location and the cleanliness of the vehicle. I waited for about another 30min hoping someone would show up to verify the vehicle. The entire experience from the beginning of the rental to the drop off was the worst experience I have ever had in renting a truck to move.

Thomas PService Uhaul assets so the air conditioning works. Clean Uhaul assets so they are not caked with mud and cow feces. Service Uhaul assets so the weather strips don't immediately tear off and flop around. Bring Uhaul assets back from the coasts to the Midwest where they are needed so customers don't have to go absurd distances to find a standard 10 foot box truck. IMPORTANTLY, call customers who file complaints back within the promised 48 hour time frame.
Blake SI called the lady who was taking care of the rental of my trailor and apparently she was working at home. She was having a conversation with someone as she was on the phone with me. There was nobody there to help put the trailor on and when I asked her for help she replied, " you dont have a guy with you" ? Then she found somoene to come help but when he got there the wiring wasnt right and he had to steal a piggy back from another trailor, only after me asking him to please hook it up for me and check the lights!! The trailor hitch was rusty and looked like it had been setting in the field for quite awhile. He had to lift it all the way from the ground as I backed the truck up. Not very safe!! There was a boat literally right behind the trailor so good thing I did not have to back up Pretty ridiculous service for such a well known company!!!
