Employee had no clue what to do. Had to call toll free number. Went through an hour of bs. The pick up truck link didn’t work in app. Had to call again. The key code didn’t work. Then finally got in and there was no Key in the box!

Took over 45 minutes to finally get keys..also was a hand truck in truck I cancelled that order couple days ago. Also not a good idea to leave.hand truck in rear of.truck that is not locked..
