The pickup was a bit different than we were used to. I didn't know I was picking up from someone's personal home. They weren't there so I ended up calling U-Haul. U-Haul reached out to the person running the business and they called me back within just a few minutes. Even our UBER driver was confused over the location. Going forward, I would suggest letting people know they are going to someone's home. I did see the U-Haul sign, but I did not see the name of the business. If I hadn't had my husband with me, I would have never stopped. While this was a nice home it was way out ..... We rented the truck in Corpus Christi. I was told there weren't any other truck in Corpus that weekend, so we were required to drive to Robstown, 15 miles out of the way to pick a truck. We saw LOTS of trucks much closer to our location than Robstown. We were also told, since we would be going out of way to pick up the truck, we would be given extra miles. We weren't but we were aware of the limitations and used Uber at our expense to keep the miles below 517. (the original number of miles. I was told we would be given 30 more miles)

Had small issue with the lights on the trailer. Pigtail needed to be cleaned and titened easy fix.

Nothing much needs to change but the location was unexpected for someone like myself coming from another town but at least it had the dolly I needed

So thankful ! To get the help we needed on Saturday after hours . Rolands had a car tow dolly available. We were able to get our car to our repair shop . Rolands answered our calls when no other location was open. We will recommend him to our customers.
