Drop off location was convenient to where I live, clean and orderly. The owner called me to leave directions for dropping off. The one issue I had was the location was closed so I had to disconnect the large trailer myself. To preserve my back, I used my truck's jack, which made it easy enough. I'd hate to be there to pick up such a trailer on a day they were closed.
