I cannot think of anything to improve on my experience. Everything went smoothly. This U-Haul location had all sizes of trucks. I like the fact that the owner asked what cargo I would be carrying and then recommended the appropriate size truck.

I originally scheduled my uhaul trailer to be picked up in St. Regis, MT. That location ended up being closed on the day I was supposed to pick up my trailer, and no one told me that. I had to call Uhaul myself. The man I talked to was very apologetic, and offered me a a couple of free days to make up for the trouble - and had me drive to Missoula to pick up the trailer - meaning instead of driving 5 minutes one way to get the trailer as I had scheduled, I had to drive an hour and 10 minutes each way. On the day I was originally supposed to return the trailer - a day shy of the free day I was given - a man from the Uhaul in Coudersport called to tell me I was late in returning the trailer. So I got charged for an extra day for keeping it until Tuesday morning. The original representative I talked to on the phone said I could keep it until Tuesday because of the mix-up. Very poor customer service all the way around. I will say that the Missoula location itself and the man in Coudersport were very friendly... but the St. Regis office did not do very well... And somehow the man in Coudersport wasn't told that I was given free days.

Joe was so helpful and accommodating. The equipment was exactly what we needed and worked perfectly. Will definitely be renting again in future!
