Make the app more user friendly. Had to call U-Haul and wait on hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone so they could walk me through the steps on the app. Very frustrating!! The representative was extremely helpful and had lots of patience which was appreciated. Same thing with the drop off of the truck. Just a lot of time being wasted.

richard sI guestioned The size of the truck and was concerned if it would be large enough. The truck was not and unique auto at 1999 Lakewood Rd tons river Nj did not have a larger vehicle available. I returned the truck several hrs later 16:00 hrs. I made numerous calls to your 1-800-gouhaul with no OT answering the phone. Pls email me st kjv1232@aol.com with a update bill for the 4 1/2 hrs rental. Thank you Ken Elliott

Michelle MPick a better location to rent trucks. They didn’t seem well equipped to handle the rental. They also had to nearly restart the rental because your system required additional information because they are a vendor and not a U-Haul store. It took me 30 minutes to get my truck and I had completed the express check in online and paid in advance. Very poor experience.

Patricia WThis place was not the preferred location but was getting the truck returned there a few hrs before I needed it. Whew!! They dont open till 9 and uhaul is a side gig, I waited a half hour, while he fixed the lift in his shop. Way more important than getting me out of there. Had to pay for an extra day, was hoping to get the truck by 730 but it was almost 10 by the time I got on the road. A business that doesnt open till 9??
