Uhaul switched us to this location. We had rented 12 moving pads and this location did not have any. I don't understand why there is not better communication between Uhaul corporate and their rental sites. This is not the first time I have rented extra accessories that have not been available when I show up for the truck.Sarah M.

Was given the wrong key...had to call uhaul and be transferred three times then was put on hold the last time for over 20 minutes to talk to a rep. She was able to switch the truck to match the key, thankfully it took her a couple of minutes to do that. Once, I finally got the key situation correct, I discovered that there was no utility dolly and furniture dolly...which I was charged for. Not only was I charged $178 initially for the rental, I received a message that an additional $74 was needed. With all the hassle I went through I feel that I should be compensated for at least a fourth of the initial charge with no additional charges made.Julia R.

Your app for find my location is horrible. Wouldn't ever find my location so I could pick up my rental on my phone. U haul needs to correct this in the near future. And then it wouldn't let me return the rental, via the app. Said that my location couldn't be found. Just so glad someone was there to rent it to me the old wayWilburn S.

This truck should have been taken out of the rental pool until the leak was fixed. A LOT of water got in the truck. We later saw a note in the documentation about a leak.Mark B.

Ron rented my the equipment on Saturday about 12:30 that afternoon. I told him I needed it 1 day. He is not open Sunday but I brought it back Sunday, unhooked it and left. No verification that I had even returned it. Told me at check out; I think someone stoled one of them trailers last night. I took a video of me returning it and dropping it off but was not comfortable with the situation.Steve B.

The older gentleman that I talked to rent the truck at Ron's Tire and Battery was very rude. He seemed to struggle with the computer system, and blamed this on me because I hadn't just checked it out using the mobile app. He was also attempting to rent the truck to someone else when I arrived. He made comments to this person that I was foolish for renting the truck out at this location instead for some place closer to my home. The Utility Dolly that I ordered was broken and when I asked about it he said "Take it or Leave it". He threw it in the back of the truck without making any attempt to secure it from sliding. And finally he attempted to charge me after I had already paid for the rental on-line. When I called him on this he argued until I called the 1800 number to speak with someone. At that point he handed me the keys and paperwork. I think U Haul should seriously consider finding another business to represent it's product. This is the 3rd time that I have used U-Haul and before my experiences have always been pleasant.Christopher R.

Our trailer had wiring issues, whenever the blinker would be activated, the 4-ways came on and it was delayed. After traveling through rain, we noticed that some of our items towards the trailer opening were wet.Artiesa W.
RON'S TIRE & BATTERY/U-HAUL DEALER was incredible! RON was very helpful & personable & professional. He was on time & ready for us to pick up the trailer. I would definitely pick up a U-haul from him again. The issue i had, had nothing to do with Ron or his business. The only glitch i had was an issue with the U-haul company itself. We were scheduled to pick up the trailer at another location. When I called to confirm, the guy had no idea who i was. he told me to call the U-haul 1-800 #. When I did that, the U-haul agent told me "someone" from U-haul had called to tell me there was a change in pickup location. The agent said they left me a voicemail. That was either a blatant lie or someone dropped the ball. I had received no such call - it was not in my phone log & there was no voicemail. I did receive a call from the uhaul 1-800 # later that day. I guess they realized they had not called me, so they went ahead & did it then. I was not happy! My experience was good up until I realized Ron added the most expensive insurance option. I originally when I placed my reservation, I opted out of insurance, he added it against my knowledge, thus I was charged. I called uhaul and was told that the location I rented from would have to refund me, and that I was correct for being upset, but it was honestly not worth my time to argue with an 80+ year old man that could barely hear anything being said. I will never use this location again, nor do I reccomend it.ALLISON W.

He was upset because I wasn't there at 11. My paperwork was incorrect and he didn't know how to correct and his solution was to just cancel the whole thing and leave me hanging. If I had not needed that poorly kept 5x9, I would have left.Timothy B.
Air conditioner did not work, my poor dog liked to pant her heart out. Rattle in the undercarriage made me uneasy. Damage done to the center console before I took it. Window knob kept falling off. I'm surprised the vehicle made it this far. The fella was nice but the place was a dump. Didn't give me all the paperwork and was upfront about it. I will not go backROBERT T.

I was charged for insurance that I declined. I have called uhaul twice (spent over 15 minutes on hold) to try and resolve but have still not received a refund. Not blaming the pickup location as it appears it was a computer issue. Would like to get my money back without having to spend even more time on the phone.Mark C.
Truck was terrible to drive. Not sure if it was because there were flat spots in the tires from were it sits so much, or if something was wrong with the suspension/drivetrain. I know those trucks aren't supposed to ride particularly well when not loaded but, this was different. After the truck was loaded, the ride was still rough and I was hoping my cargo wouldn't be damaged when we reached the destination. Luckily, it wasn't.WILLIAM G.
