Yvette MNothing at all wrong with this location the owner was very friendly and helpful my problem is with u haul itself charged me $620 to rent the dolly I told them I only needed it for a 2 day rental I had to rent for 4 days which is ridiculous as I returned it the very next day at the end of my destination I feel that u haul takes advantage of the situations I mean I could have bought a dolly for $1100 I will probably never do business with u haul ever again bc of this higher rental I own my own business and I rent a lot from them of course not always in my name most of the time it has been in my employees names as they are the ones usually driving the rental equipment

Kurt HI've used your services for the past 20+ years, this truck is fairly new although a base model, I drove alittle over 1000 miles on this trip, I was very disappointed when I started my trip when I noticed this truck did NOT have cruise control, with that being said, this trip was very uncomfortable especially having to hold the gas pedal for 1000 miles, also I believe there are more fuel efficient trucks that should be available in the size truck I rented IE, a diesel model, this review is not directed to the pick up or drop off location, thank you
Benito MA bit slow service, since there are other kinds of customers in the same location. The driveway area is also filled with pot holes. It made getting out a bit tough, especially in the snow.
Christian BIt’s a small rural location that just happened to have the trailer I wanted. They did not appear to have much inventory of rentals though. Good, clean and convenient pick up spot.
Larry KMy pickup was good and my drop off was good. The equipment worked well and the person running the business knew what they were doing.
Paul FI had great customer service here too, but again, there were computer problems. I do not think the computer issues were related to either location, but rather a U-Haul problem.

Dave MThis location gets plenty of lake effect snow. Trailers are stored outdoors, so accumulated snow can be a challenge for access as well as loading open trailers.
