Did not have accessories. Ball mount, straps, anything. If it wasn't for the hardware store nearby, wouldn't have been able to get home.

Manuel gI was very disappointed that the truck came with a dolly and furnature pads afixed to the cargo area. This made it so that I lost several cubic feet of area. I also found an opened can of tuna fish under the drivers seat. It was all dried out, so the smell was faint, but disappointing for the focus that uhaul puts on returning a clean truck.

STEPHANIE RTje vehicle was practically falling apart. The transmission was shot and stuck on 3rd gear, the alignment was awful, requiring me to keep the wheel a half turn to the left to drive straight, the rear door was bent and was very difficult to close.

Pedro AThe owner was OK, but he seemed agitated we were able to get our truck. Gas was only 1/4 which is annoying as we had to gas up then also monitor the lines upon retrun. The trucks also were horrable for gas mileage.

Christine EWhen I received the U-Haul it was very dirty on the inside. There were cardboard boxes everywhere and trash left behind. I would recommend servicing the trucks to make sure they are kept up to standards.

Individuals knew nothing of the vehicle they were renting. 2) Still covered in mud, front end seriously out of alignment (could not drive over 50 MPH), Check engine light on (one cylinder not firing, resulting in poor gas milage), received truck empty of fuel (light came on five miles from rental agency), Brakes were marginal. And... it stank of Pot (cannabis). Why did I take the truck you ask? We were working with a time constraint and If I had had the time, this truck would have never left the lot.
