The truck had been smoked in and smelled strongly of marijuana. The back had remnants of joints and some burned weed. It had not been swept out.

My overall experience was great. However, the reservation process is a waste of time, considering you still have to repeat the same process before getting the truck. It's too much.

JAMES BEverything took an extensive amount of time to complete. I took the time to fill out all the forms necessary online the day before and when it was time to get the truck the website forced me to complete them again multiple times. The owner of the building walked past me and left after he saw me in need and never returned. I sat on hold for 20 minutes jus to get help which forced me to gain access to the truck 45 minutes late then the time I booked it for.

KEITH MGive better information about the process of self checking out. It took me over an hour had to run back and fourth between uhaul locations. Was prompted to submit my license 4 times. Had to call your support line. Was late to my moving job. Lost money and time.

MICHELLE DThis was actually a fix to my original drop off location that had been listed as operational, but when I arrived they turned us away. Not a reflection on this location at all! But since it was after-hours for this particular spot (the other was not) I can't really speak to their service. The U-haul customer service woman on the phone who helped me find an alternate drop off was extremely helpful and friendly though!

Adrien BMobile pick is very bad. Needs improvement! I rented the truck a day prior to the pick up. The online website stated “Thank you! “ and all nice stuff but never asked for Driver license and Insurance! Which was a bit weird!!! The day of pick up (very next day) is so bad that I almost cancelled the reservation. Because I logged in and it didn’t promote me or ask me for anything and it didn’t work, didn’t give me box code, did nothing! As if I have no reservation. I called and waited for 19 minutes then the representative told me to go to a different location. The associate at that location told me that I will get a message in five minutes and I should go back to the first location but never received a message!!! My recommendation: When your website see that a costumer is serious and put tons of information, it should finalize the process by asking at least for insurance and driver’s license so he/she doesn’t have to go through taking photos of insurance and licenses in a very busy environment!!!!! I doubt that I will rent again but may be I will try and see if the process improved.

The truck contained none of the additional items which I requested and paid for! I will absolutely never use U-Haul again and I will certainly discourage family and friends from utilizing this company as well!

cheryl wNot the locations fault but the previous driver of the vehicle smoked in the cab. I don't smoke and am very sensitive to the smell. Besides that the truck was almost brand new!

LINDSEY HA different location contacted me and asked if I could pick the unit up at Rosedale and I agreed. Only issue was that they did not have a dolly at this location to rent to me. Not the fault of this location. They were very nice, and accommodating. Would use them again and refer them.
melissa kI liked the part that there were no hidden fees. Maybe the company coukd install a secure ststem that wouls secuer items in the van area such as straps that reaches fron side to side to keep cargo snug and tight. this may prevent items from shifting as you drive.
