Reason received my invoice, paid for what was provided then a few days later an additional payment is pending from my account. I did not received any invoice as to why this additional charge is being taken out of my account.

I was overcharged for milage I did not even use. The truck was not checked before I left and the milage on paperwork was wrong. She is a conartist and does not do get job correctly

The location was awful, I made a 1:30 reservation & the owner wasn’t there so i waited 20 minutes until he got there, then he proceeded to continue his transaction with another & help other customers until I spoke up. I ended up leave 30 minutes after my reservation because of the delay of waiting for someone to arrive to help me. I was charged $47 for this, then 3 days later I was charged a separate fee of $97. I called the location immediately & was told he couldn’t help me to call U-Haul directly because it was them who charged me. I called U-Haul spoke with Mariah who apologized for such poor service from that specific location. She immediately called them & with no response from that store, she called her manager for assistance. Within hours everything was taken care of & I was refunded the total amount. Now that is great customer service. I plan on remaining a loyal customer.

When I reserve the truck I was not told it was credit card only not cash this should be made clear to a customer so she can plan ahead and be ready to rent the truck and since when is u.s. dollars not acceptable

Had a very difficult time locating a 4x8 trailer in the Jax area. Unit was very old and after packing the trailer and driving thru maybe five rain storms, I arrived at my destination only to find that the trailer had several holes and caused some of my belongings to get wet.

The towing equipment was not available on the scheduled day of pickup. It would be great if customers could count on their equipment to be ready when they have a scheduled date to rent a uhaul and a car tow. Also, the car tow was missing a tire strap when I arrived on the next day and I had to drive to a different uhaul location to have new straps installed. I would hope that the staff is checking equipment when it is returned so that customers feel like their time is valued and can better plan their move.

It was the worst experience that I have ever had with U-Haul. I called to see how early I could get my truck and was told 8:00am. I received an email 2 days prior stating my pick up time of 8:30. When I arrived at 8:50 the store was closed and didn't open until 9:00. The lady didn't arrive to open the store until 9:50! When I returned the truck I put gas in it and took a pic of the mileage. Glad I did because I received my bill and it had the fuel charge on it. Bogus charge...after speaking to corporate .... I had the fuel charge removed. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone!

I had processed my order online and was expecting express service. The order took approximately 30 mins to do and once I went to the vehicle it was not ready (missing a dolly). The location didn't have a dolly. The dolly was removed from the order; however, I was moving girl scout cookies and it was tedious without it. It made my process longer than expected and delayed me for other appointments. My suggestion is that orders are previewed and prepared before the customer comes for a pickup.

The service was horrible. They couldn’t find our reservation and didn’t know what they were doing. I think we should be refunded for the poor service. It is stressful moving and to deal with unprofessionalism during the process makes it worse!
