A cable on the trailer was old and broken at pick up. The rest of the trailer was solid and functional

The employee didn’t know what they were doing. I had to look over their shoulder and tell them what they should do. A 30 minute appointment turned into an hour. Plus, the reservation location changed the night prior which added a 30 minute trip to my day.
