This is my favorite U-Haul place in my area now. Super friendly and helpful, patient and Brandon explained the process thoroughly. The family whom helped me move had definitely said they would be utilizing them in future too. Made the move super easy.

I rented a unit to pick up at the airport location using my phone. I was in the line with someone for about 35 minutes and the system did not function correctly and was very difficult to sign in and get access to the truck. Then, the lock did not open, again more phone calls just to be told that I needed to move 50 miles to get another unit. I landed at the airport and did not have a way to travel 50 miles the guy in the phone said I will try to get someone and call you back. NEVER did. After trying several times the lock opened. I guess it was missing lubrication. Finally when we get into the truck, the first thing I noticed is that the tank of gasoline was not full, it showed a little more than half the tank, also the truck was very dirty and has what it appears to be vomit in the floor ( we sent picture). This is critical, with the COVID-19 concerns it is. unbelievable that the company is not taking care of making sure the trucks are clean. OVERALL a nightmare experience

We had 3 flat tires. 1st flat out in the middle of nowhere Yukon Canada Alcan(4 degrees outside) Without any cellphone service to call your help number. We had to stop cars give them the information and ask them to call your emergency line. Waited 3 hours. Both tires replaced 3rd flat in the middle of nowhere 60 miles from Teslin No cell phone service, in the dark, blizzard conditions-2 degrees With a small (lighter powered) air compressor we filled the tire 4 times To make it to Teslin. Got cell Service,called your emergency line. Blizzard conditions 15 below. Repair guys would come from Whitehorse 3-4 hours away. Your customer service guy said get a hotel and we will reimburse you (not yet) Our experience was about as bad as it could be

The experience was fine. Except for the fact we had to pay for two days, when we actually used the truck for less than one day. There are cameras that show when a truck is returned. I've never had to pay for a full weekend, just because the specific location is closed. Thank You

The price that I reserved this equipment for was not the same when I went to pick it up it was $75 - $80 more I was not happy with that at all.

The location and service were great. The only problem I found was the pricing. Just about 1 dollar per mile is ridiculous. I see why that wasn't mentioned when I was reserving the truck online. That and the poor fuel mileage turned my 85 mile drive into a $320 loss.

Getting the rental application completed ( after doing on line paperwork) at the store took over 1 hour. Much of the time the computer was not syncing with the employees phone for download of my drivers license. It took about 3 phone calls to get the rental completed. I felt bad for the employee as he did everything he could and it was not working. He kept a good attitude and persevered to be sure I got the truck. Thanks to him!

I was so disappointed in the extreme, EXTREME amount of dog hair all over the cab. It was so gross and was floating all over. It was a phone rental and the only one available, so I had no choice but to get it and to try to use wet paper towels at the gas station to clean enough so it wouldn't get all over me and me breathing it in. YUCK!

Trailer I rented had electrical issues, kept blowing the fuse in my Pick Up. The guy there was trying his hardest, but his supervisor kept telling him it was my problem not theirs! I was supposed to pick it up at 9:00, waited until 10:00 to go get it, then had the run around with electrical, and finally ended up getting hooked up and leaving at 4:15! This is not the individual (Brandon) fault. The trailer obviously had an issue before.

The locks and codes for the locks to get into the trucks to get the keys were wrong, and nobody could figure out the combo, put us two hours behind schedule. Was sent to another location only for our new truck to be claimed by someone else, then we had to wait a half hour for someone to come get us another truck. We were found a truck in the end, and even though our rep was very polite and helpful, the experience all In all was just a headache.

Location wasn't a bad place, but it was terrible for people who have to make the over an hour drive just for a truck. Then to drive away with a truck and immediately have to put gas in the truck because the last person didn't bother filling. Absolute worst company I've had to deal with in a while. Sad part is, I only use them because they're cheaper than others, but going forward I'm happily going pay double to avoid using them in the future.

The guy at the counter had no clue what he was doing. I was already frustrated because of having to go all the way to Pendleton to get my truck. I had requested to pick up in Walla Walla. Once there, it took a half hour to get out of there with my truck, and I was the ONLY CUSTOMER there. He was very slow and, on top of that, he charged me for the Safe Move(?). I DID NOT sign up for that. He told me, "you wrote the contract." NO, I did not put that on my contract and feel I should get my $42 back. It didn't dawn on me that the Safe Move was an option unil after he swiped my credit card. I told him I wanted that option taken off, but he claimed he couldn't take it off. At that point I was SO frustrated I wanted to get out of there. Even if he could take the Safe Move off, he probably would have needed all day to do it. Please give that guy some much needed training. No customer should have to put up with that.
