I chose this location because I thought they were open on Sat. I just parked the trailer in the back yard next to other trailers, gates were open. If you need help or can not check in on your phone I would not use this location on a weekend.Leslee A.

The service was great at this location. U-Haul has all kinds of stickers in the van on how to save gas. If you want to help conserve on gas. Next time you buy a vehicle's. You to make sure they have cruise control. Cruise control helps conserve on gas and wearing on the vehicle.Chris B.

I was completely lied to when I did the reservation online and used my debit card to pay for the amount it showed. The amount it showed at that time was 49.00 and that's what I assumed I was paying . But it actually cost me 105. 00 that is fraud the amount I agreed to pay is not the amount y'all charged and If not resolved I'll be hiring an attorney. That's false advertising, deceptive, and just plan dishonest. I've never had a problem with u- haul in the past but I also was not mislead by u haul in the past . I do hope you will resolve this because I really don't want to take it any farther over your mistake. Thank you. Lester tateLester T.
The staff is rude and assume by looking at people they can not afford their services. I was treated like I could not afford to keep the uhaul as long as I did and they also assumed I would not bring it back and threatened me multiple times to call the police and report it stolen even though I kept in contact with them and tried through the app but it didn't work and I called uhaul. They were very judgemental and I will never refer anyone one to their uhaul service or their plumbing service. You know for ever 1 bad experience that person will tell 10 people about it. I plan to tell 20. I forgot to mention them trying to hunt me down and ask my old neighbors who hate me questions about me. They followed us to Abby's Pizza where they proceeded to shout out across the restaurant about how I stole their truck and shouting out how expensive it will be (like I didn't know it was a $29.99 a day truck. They were a prime example of how you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. The funny part is I know I make more than the guy who harassed me over email and phone. Well the jokes on them. They should be thanking me for renting it that long they made alot of $$ off it and it was returned better looking than I received it. With more gas than I got it with. So eat crow Round up city plumbing and I think I deserve an apology or I hope they learn something from this like " don't assume someone is poor by what they wear.", Also they should treat people the way they would want their grandmother or mom treated. Also people tell more people about a bad experience than a good one. I hope they eat their Humble pie tonight and wash it down with a glass of crow. I'm not getting on Uhaul this is directly directed to Round up city plumbing. I have used Uhaul numerous times and had no problems except for this experience but it was Round up city plumbing who insulted, degrated, embarrassed and defamed my character.Dani H.

My original pickup location was WESTERN RADIATOR 1008 SE Court Pl, Pendleton, OR 97801 They did NOT have my truck available. I do not remember the serial # or truck #, but it did not match the only 26" truck at this location. After an hour on hold with customer service, all they could tell me is they can assure me that the truck was at this location was here and to check around the back side of the building. Western Radiator is small. It would be pretty hard to hide a 26" truck. She also mentioned that the other truck was already rented out to someone else, or not yet returned. My phone was dying so I had to drive home during the hour I was on the phone waiting on hold so I could charge my phone. I asked the lady if she could stay on the phone with me during the 5 to 7 minute drive it would have taken me to drive down there, just so she could stay on the line with me so I can double check for a magical missing truck. She said no, and she would end the call if I drove down there. Great, so I drive back down there and to no one's surprise, my truck wasn't there. Cue another hour on hold. Someone finally answers, and I tell her everything that's going on. She's offers a relocation or a reschedule. I can't reschedule due to the time off my friend and I had taken to get me moved. I ask her if there are any trucks within 100 miles, and she says there aren't any within 20 miles. I told her I said 100, so she checks again - and still no. Keep in mind I rented this truck a MONTH ago and there's now not one within 100 miles of me. I had to settle for a 20" truck, which was at Round Up City Plumbing LLC 818 Airport Rd Pendleton, OR 97801. It's dark out now, the app isn't accepting any of the pictures until it finally did (probably 5 to 8 minutes per attempt, for a total of 15+ minutes just to upload the face and drivers' license.) After FOUR and a half hours, we're finally driving off with our truck. YAY! Except, it's too late in the day now and other people we had asked to help us pack boxes and furniture now can't help. My friend and I get as much done as we can, but we could only pack for about an hour and a half before it got too late and we had to stop due to him having a babysitter. Our only option now is to ask our other help to come back in the morning (Sunday 12/19) and do all of our packing AND moving in the same day. Ideally, we would have been packed the night before and drove off first thing in the morning at 10am. Instead, we're now leaving at 1:45PM. 3 hours and 45 minutes late, when the night before we wasted 4 and a half hours attempting to get our 26" rental truck and having to settle for a 20". The lady told me the night before that I would be compensated appropriately. I would be refunded the difference of not receiving my furniture pads or dolly, and also be given a $50 credit for uhaul not having my truck. She said I can expect the call tomorrow, on Sunday. Not only did the refund not equal the total of the sum of the pads + dolly and getting a smaller truck, but it has now been two days and no one contacted me for the $50 credit. The total cost of the furniture pads and dolly was $80. I was refunded $73. I don't know how this adds up. It doesn't end there. We finished unloading really late in the day, especially when we have a 220 mile drive back home. We get to the uhaul dropoff, and the app wouldn't even take a picture of the odometer and fuel. We spent probably 15 minutes trying. After the debacle we dealt with the day prior, I decided that we're just going to leave and I'll have to call customer service. Again. I spend approximately 80 minutes on hold before the lady that answered told me I would have to call the location before 12pm so I don't get charged an extra day. I told her this doesn't make sense, my contract had to be updated to 5pm and I'm given 48 hours. She said that doesn't matter, it says 12pm. Okay, that's fine, it's now Monday and the owner of U-Haul Storage of Gresham 704 NE Hogan Dr Gresham, OR 97030 closed my account out for me at 7AM so I didn't have to call. However, checking my email, I noticed that my prior order no longer exists, and somehow it got put into the driver's name, instead of mine, the one who rented and paid for the uhaul. This makes sense why the lady I spoke to regarding the dropoff wouldn't speak to me until I verified my email. All in all, terrible experience. And I have more to move in roughly 3 or 4 weeks and I'm going to be looking elsewhere for a moving truck unless I get refunded the appropriate amount and given some form of apology.John K.

Overall U-Haul experience was not good. Pickup locations were changed without letting me know and poor instructions were given over the phone. Very frustrating experience. The location I picked up the U-Haul was actually very good. The last lady I talked to on the phone was very helpful. The first person named Adam was not helpful. I would rate my overall experience as poor. I'm not sure I will use U-Haul in the future.Richard C.

I will never use Uhaul again because of My experience. The truck was rented out and not returned until 20 min after I was supposed to pick it up. It smelled of cigarettes and rotten something...made all of my movers sick! Cigarette butts all over the back! I felt bad for the place I picked it up from but they didn't seem to manage them well. The person before me who literally was late, dropped it off and hoped I'm his friends car...his card did not run. I did the pre check in and still it took 30 min, after we aeee already 20 min behind! It sucked! Then the trucks lock kept sticking and I had to wait 90 min af my house to get help and couldn't go pick up my car. Also let me tell you the first rental time we had got rescheduled bc of some Auto issue wirh the uhaul on our first rental. I will not be using uhaul again! Not bc of where I picked it up but just because of how my experience went. Worst ever!!!Jennifer M.

My only complaint with Uhaul itself is it needs cruise control on its vehicles. A cross country move would have been much more comfortable with that feature. We used a 15 ft model.Jill D.

I rented a unit to pick up at the airport location using my phone. I was in the line with someone for about 35 minutes and the system did not function correctly and was very difficult to sign in and get access to the truck. Then, the lock did not open, again more phone calls just to be told that I needed to move 50 miles to get another unit. I landed at the airport and did not have a way to travel 50 miles the guy in the phone said I will try to get someone and call you back. NEVER did. After trying several times the lock opened. I guess it was missing lubrication. Finally when we get into the truck, the first thing I noticed is that the tank of gasoline was not full, it showed a little more than half the tank, also the truck was very dirty and has what it appears to be vomit in the floor ( we sent picture). This is critical, with the COVID-19 concerns it is. unbelievable that the company is not taking care of making sure the trucks are clean. OVERALL a nightmare experienceGabino G.

We had 3 flat tires. 1st flat out in the middle of nowhere Yukon Canada Alcan(4 degrees outside) Without any cellphone service to call your help number. We had to stop cars give them the information and ask them to call your emergency line. Waited 3 hours. Both tires replaced 3rd flat in the middle of nowhere 60 miles from Teslin No cell phone service, in the dark, blizzard conditions-2 degrees With a small (lighter powered) air compressor we filled the tire 4 times To make it to Teslin. Got cell Service,called your emergency line. Blizzard conditions 15 below. Repair guys would come from Whitehorse 3-4 hours away. Your customer service guy said get a hotel and we will reimburse you (not yet) Our experience was about as bad as it could beJeff H.

The experience was fine. Except for the fact we had to pay for two days, when we actually used the truck for less than one day. There are cameras that show when a truck is returned. I've never had to pay for a full weekend, just because the specific location is closed. Thank YouCliff P.
