This guy is great. He takes care of things quickly and even at later hours. He has lots of space. He is friendly on the phone. The facility is clean.

This place has the greatest view to put you in a good mood whether you're leaving your items behind or picking them up. Always felt safe and secure. Staff is super friendly and only a walk or phone call away. It seems they have storage units to fit all your needs, small ones for hobbies, medium ones for the extras around the house or huge ones to fit your whole house in while waiting for your next home. Pricing is reasonable and set ups are a breeze. Did I mention the view? Simply gorgeous.

Hard to plan a move without being sure the equipment will be available until 2 days before your move date. I understand the small town limits availability. Otherwise a good experience.

There were no personnel at the drop off location. It was in a remote area quite isolated. It was not even in the town of Bishop as I expected. Further, the staffing hours we're not known to me until I was at the location. Fortunately, I was able to contact you all via telephone and the agent on the phone a story helpful and walked me through your self drop off process

The outside of the trailer was dirty , like it had been through wet muddy roads . There was a bolt at the front of the trailer , that was coming out , the wheel well was ripped and the trailer looked awful . I needed it so u took of . When I got home and opened it , it was filthy . I didn't have a broom , all my suitcases and ice chests got so dirty from the floor . I was very disappointed.

impossible to get an uber from this location. had to wait an hour plus to get a cab to pick me up and there is no where to sit while waiting.

Drop off location is charging me for fuel. I had it filled to a 1/4 a tank and i am being charge for 3/16 of a tank. The owner of the Bishop, CA uhaul sent me pictures proving it is at a 1/4 tank. I am disputing these charges and i DO NOT authorize this additional charge.

The owner was awesome and accommodating.Everything was great but I feel cheated with my 1 day extension.My driver got sick so I extended for 1 day.We replaced the gas that was used which if i remember right was 42 gallon? I Think it was about $72 at a minimart in ridgecrest.I was told that the 1 day would only cost me $29 and I now have a $71 or 72 charge from UHAUL.Greatly disappointed.

Several issues. First there was no drop off in the town I moved to so I had to drive it back south an hour and uhaul did not cover the miles. The truck was due at 11am, and on top of that I called to talk to the worker there and said i'd Like to meet with them at 11 to take care of any overage charges. When I got there, there was no one I called and the person just said sorry I'm not there leave the keys. I wanted to pay cash or put on a different card than the one used to reserve, I let them know that. I never received a call back nor an email stating I owed. I even filled the gas above what was in the contract. A month later I get a charge for about $50 and when I call them they said there was a $14 balance I never paid and they added $30 late fee, and charged the card I didn't want to pay on. My phone number is listed in the contract, that's how they pull up your account. I should have been contacted for being charged. I would have never ignored the fee's if I knew, who wants to pay an extra $30. And all in I'm upset because they charged the wrong card and caused me fees because someone was too lazy to meet me at my appointment time and let me pay the bill. Use another moving company if you can. Not happy

My ticket stated the truck needed to be dropped of by 0800. But if I had known there was only a drop box and no actual human there to confirm drop off, I would not have rushed to get the truck to the location by 0800. Also, the online "drop off service" agaim was unable to detect my location and was essentially useless.

Jeff got me a 10-ft truck when needed on very short notice, coming in to check me out on a Sunday morning. The truck behaved fine, and I got the building materials I needed from Reno. It was all easy and excellent.

I called to make a pick up time, he stayed a few minutes after his scheduled time to leave to accommodate me. That was a very nice thing to do and I greatly appreciated it.

I return the truck after filling it up with gas to the exact level that it was that when I got the truck. The young lady that checked me in must've missed read the gas gauge. My receipt shows 30 some dollars in gas and $30 service charge. I am extremely upset over this. I got screwed out of $60 when I followed all the rules !

Everyone was super nice and they made it really easy. We had moved from Philadelphia to Mammoth Lakes and the 18 wheeler could not get into the town. Needed a U-Haul ASAP and they accommodated us super great!

Pick-up and drop off were very quick and easy. Location is easy to get to and has plenty of room to maneuver around.

Process could have moved a little quicker. The location was unaware of my drop off location and although they already had my card on file they required extra assurance and had to speak with my mother where I was moving to. I have rented other uhauls before and never had this asked of me and was not warned prior to the visit.
