The truck was covered in snow and ice and I was told to clean it myself by the staff who made jokes about it until they realized I was there. The wipers also had to be fixed before I could leave. I was told there would be a discount for my troubles and I did not receive one. Also the app sent me to the wrong location which furthered the delay.
