Brandi RNo one was as the location, he wanted to do everything by phone. There was another truck parked in front of the building and the person in charge didn’t bother coming in to move it, making it extremely difficult to return the truck and trailer that I had rented parked inside the fenced area. I think a representative of U-Haul would have been there to take care of this issue and check the truck and trailer back in.
James BThere was dog hair everywhere . No gas . The back of the U-Haul had trash and a Dooley in it I didn’t ask for . I had to throw the trash away .
Loran JDidn't have code for parking available online while I was returning truck. Thankfully employer answered phone and was able to get code to open gate and park vehicle appropriately.

Danielle JUhaul was on empty when picked up. Luckily there was a gas station across from pickup location. Had issues with lockbox and no one is on site. While trying to talk to costumer service dogs contained to bark making it hard to hear. Had to go to another uhaul facility, who called regional manager who was able to help us
Diane BHave a manned location. Or a u-haul sign. The only thing that let me know I was at the right place was a key return box.
