Yesterday (06/12/2020) at 1:30 PM I have went to pickup (reservation #: 24328391) my cargo Van at Roxborough Storage U-Haul that I have reserved 2 days prior and no one was there. The front door was locked so I could not picked up my van and I could not move as I have planned to do that day. The wole day was a waste of my time. The people who run the Roxborough Storage U-Haul are totally incompetent and should not be ever in any business. They do know nothing about customer service and customer experience. Also, the management who manages the location have no clue about customer service and customer experience. They are incompetent too. Not only I have seen some negative reviews at local social media platform NextDoor about this U-Haul rental location but I will be posting to NextDoor about this location and how people should not ever rent from them because they do not know how to run a business, they do not know nothing about customer experience and customer service.

This van drives terrible. Could not see out of side mirrors, there is no moving mechanisms it. Scarey to drive. Prefer your Ford rentals. Rude employees.

Absolute best experience we've had renting uhauls in 25 years across 11 states. If only every uhaul franchise operated with the same focus on customer service. This franchise puts others to shame. It's like going to the DMV vs going to a five star steakhouse. Thanks for the great experience while moving my son back from college.

The manager of the location went above and beyond, I had showed up right at closing and she still took care of me and left me with one of the greatest consumer experiences I have had in my fifty years. Had she not stayed open for me, I would have missed an opportunity to help someone out. I really appreciate her work ethic, her professionalisiam and he sincerity in taking care of me. Tamahra was very nice an went above and beyond to make sure my moving experience was superb. On 7/3 I reserved online for pickup on 7/4 @ noon which showed available for me on two different web browsing sessions. I received an email a few hours later explaining the office was not open for the holiday and I must pick up the rental before 6pm on 7/3. Tamahra explained she did notify the company about the closure for the holiday well in advance. I was forced to walk from my home to the facility to pick up my reservation on short notice. I suffer from health issues and did not appreciate the added burden placed upon me by this non-human error generated by the use of your self service tools online. I called in to have your reservation guarantee honored. Chris a rep on the phone helped me while I walked over to the facility. The line was disconnected and I called in a 2 nd time. The next rep I spoke with clearly stated most facilities were closed for the Fourth of July. Chris returned my call and said the check would be issued for $50 in 7-10 days by mail. I believe to improve the experience for the next customer in my situation your systemic process for updating calendar availabliltlity must become more accurate. $50 doesn't help my nerves but its better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
