They overcharged me and I cant reach them

After hours guard did not drive truck upon return and made us park way in back and walk all the way back to gate. Very unprofessional and was wrongly charged for additional gas charges. Will not use this location nor recommend it.

I planned this rental in advance, yet I did not receive the pickup location I requested, the items I requested, the truck I requested, or the drop-off location I requested. As a result, I lost an entire day, had to lift heavy items myself, and wasted significant time, money, mental energy, and physical effort. When I asked for help, the person at the front desk told me, “It’s the end of the month, so we can’t give you everything you booked because other people need it too.” If that was the case, why was I not informed in advance? I would have made other arrangements and paid for movers instead of relying on a reservation that was not honored. To make matters worse, I was then expected to pay extra for going over the mileage limit, even though your company changed my pickup and drop-off locations. That is completely unacceptable. This was an exhausting and deeply frustrating experience. I will not be returning, and I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience, stress, added mileage, wasted time, and additional physical labor caused by your company’s failure to provide what I reserved.

should be posted on website size ball required and also rental place should notify the person renting the size ball trailer needed a 2" ball i came with a 2-5/16 " ball

The guy I dealt with, Joe, was very respectful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 10 min. Would use them again for sure
