The people I had to deal with speak very poor English. When I called to confirm that I had ordered moving blankets and a furniture dolly with the truck rental. They were not in the truck on pick up. We had to wait for them to find them and this took up to 1 1/2 hour later. They are poor communicators and this is very frustrating. They say a lot of yeses but no results. Will not go back there.
Adriana SI had a very bad experience with U-Haul and I will never ever recommend them or advise anybody to use them in any way at any time I had gotten a quote once and when I picked up the vehicle that quote was twice as much and they would not honor it they said it representative would should not have told me that quote but the representative did in fact give me that quote then when I pick the vehicle up it was picked up with only a half a tank of fuel in it so Upon returning it as I was fueling up the the tank the gas gauge stuck and I couldn't get an accurate reading and then it went unstuck it said it was full when I returned the vehicle to the depot and explain this to them they told me I had to call the office which I did and then they had to do an investigation two days later they call me back and said that's they do not return fuel value to any customer even though I had put a half a tank too much in it and basically they're just deciding to keep my money and too bad for me so yeah no U-Haul sucks

Don BAbsolutely disgusting how they treat customers and the go around we had with them. All it seemed to be was arguing and disappointment. Ended up paying more than we should’ve overall too. I will be contacting U-Haul for a partial refund because that was absolutely ridiculous.
