The customer service at this location needs improvement. I waited over 30 minutes for the keys for the vehicle When I returned the vehicle, there was no one in the office. I called the office number and the receptionist picked up and told me to find some random person that works in the auto body shop which shares a space with U-Haul, and give him the keys. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable doing that because I didn’t want to be liable for missing keys. She also mentioned she didn’t need to be in the office to make office transactions I spoke to me with a unprofessional tone. I didn’t like my experience at this U-Haul location.
