Uhaul Team was helpful. I worked for a gas station back in the day where we did Uhauls as well. We always helped the customer hook up the trailers to make sure they were hooked up properly. No help at this location, not sure if this is the new norm. If so, this is poor customer service on the part of Uhaul. He did take a picture once I had the equipement hooked up. Not on this location but for Uhaul. This was not my preferred location. I had to drive approximately 45 minutes from my house to get this equipment. I should be able to drop off ay my preferred location when returning without get hit with extra fees. The equipment not being at my preferred location is not my fault but I, the customer, is penalized. Back in the day, Uhaul would move the equipment around if needed in another location. I am having to rent again, and the same thing is happening. My preferred location does not have the equipment, now I have drive an additional 30 minutes, worse on the way back in a high traffic area. Upon my return, I have to drop off at this location, not my preferred or get hit additional fees, almost $400 for returning to my preferred and nearest location.Bleu A.

When a customer reserves a U-Haul truck 3 weeks before the pick up date, don't call them the day before to tell them they can't pick up in that location and make them drive over an hour to get another one.Canyon S.

At this location there was no one to assist with the equipment. No one to talk to face to face. Then I was overcharged on equipment that I only used less than 24hrs. U-haul , please do better with your pick up locations and people interactions.Pete C.

The back had a leak in the top of the front and it had alot of water inside of it. We had to clean the water up before we started loading our stuff. There were no hand trucks to help load the stuff on the truck. When I went to rent the truck the guy was super nice. When I returned the truck that woman was the rudest person I have ever meet.Cindy L.

This location was in the middle of nowhere and about 40 miles away from the intended pickup location! Although the mileage was compensated by giving me extra miles, it put a damper on things because I had to get someone to ride with me to pick up the truck because I was not leaving my car at the deserted town store. So I would advise this company to try to find locations that are closer for customers.Katrussa B.

This is false advertising! The contract was not explained to me especially since the person who rented the truck to me was not there when I returned it. He handled the transaction over the phone. The rental was supposed to be $79 but ended up being $151 plus the $20 I put in for gas! All for anasvertisement of $29!MELINDA M.

I tried to change my pick up location to a closer store. I received an email confirming I made a change, a day later I was called by the other store five miles from me indicating they were ready for me to pickup the truck. Faulty system online? The store I wanted was a half block from me.Jacob C.
Open on time. I was supposed to pick up a truck to move at 9:00 AM. No one even came to open the store until 9:15 AM. The truck wasn't ready, so we had to wait for that.. And after all of that, they never offered to give a discount rate or anything. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone.
