Diane TI only drove 23 miles i was told when I got the van the tank is full so return it full. When I went to fill the gas tank it took 12 dollars and 4.32 gallons and the representative did nothing about it your brand new cargo van for me got 2.7 gallons per mile. I don't think so

Tim BI usually use Uhaul for all my moving and storage needs. I will no longer be using there services after today. I rented a moving truck a month ago dropped it off on time paid for it put gas in it. Today my bank account was overdrafted and $1,266.90 was removed from my account. They claimed there was delayed processing, that I did not put gas in the truck and mile over mile usage. I have pictures to prove the truck was refueled and the over mileage is mot the correct amount. I am beyond livid because I have no money and a negative balance on my account now after a month of using this company. This is outrageous and unacceptable. Will no longer be using uhaul and will make sure that people I know won't utilize them either.
Kaitlyn CThe clerk did not know how to input a special certificate and had to be talked through it by a regional office person, and he hooked the trailer up incorrectly by wrapping the chain around the tongue…!!!!

Howard NTruck had broken glass in cab. Window slipped down and had to have cardboard put in track to hold it up. Was at half full marker when picked up which was noted by the clerk. Before returning truck gas totaling $25 was put in to bring tank back to half full Final bill came with a $40 charge for 8 gallons of gas. Truck was driven less than 100 miles round trip for church related business. Have received No response from my complaint about it. Will probably never use UHaul again and won’t recommend.
Evangeline HStaff at this location was not helpful, the truck in my opinion should not have been put in service for such a long trip. He did not seemed bothered about my concern and me as a customer in general.
