There were some directions that weren't clear and left me with questions even as I went to get the cargo van, and when I brought it back, but all in all, this was a good experience.

Well, I began my rental effort at the U-Haul located within the Cañon City Propane store - but their 15' cube truck had been the victim of an attempted theft the night before (which I discovered when trying to insert the key into a non-functional ignition). With that failure, my request was re-routed to Royal Gorge.
WILLIAM SEverything from making the reservation online to the amazing customer service from Ethan, went extremely smoothe. I even had to extend my rental and was able to thru the Uhaul app with absolutely no problem and last minute. My experience with uhaul was literally the most stress free part of my trip. 1000% recommend*

ALEXANDER EI just wanna say I called another UHaul rental place in Canon City, the man was less than helpful for a truck I needed a week out. When I called Eythan he answered on his cell phone while dropping his son off at school. I had done everything online but I needed to change the day. He said when he got into the office he would fix the problem and he did. When we went in to do the paperwork he was pleasant friendly and helpful! I will totally recommend this Uhaul location to anyone that needs a truck!
