The owner enter in my credit card wrong and my bank denied the payment. So now I have to deal with this. Call to speak with him about he was very rude. To me. The truck spell like control substance.

David YWe were quoted a price over the phone, we got there within 30 minutes and the price was $100 more. The Nevada, Wylie, and Lavon stores were $100 less. Also my son was asked for four phone numbers. After the third he started to walk out, but the man said he could do it. He never signed any papers. Being disgusted my son left and discovered the $100 discrepancy later.

Robert TThe truck had 175,000 miles on it. Was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. I had already been moved to this location from another and this location was further away. When i got vehicle it needed gas as it was below a quarter of a tank. Causing further delay in my rental. This truck needs to be removed from the fleet.

Carla MThis was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to deal with! They refused to check my truck in because I didn’t have a paper contract, that was never provided to me. The location I rented from only offered me an emailed receipt or a paper receipt. I choose the emailed receipt since we are now in the 21st century! They refused to check in the vehicle or give me a receipt. They told me we got the key and it’s not their problem and I had to call U-Haul. So I had to take more time out of my busy moving schedule to deal with checking in my truck with U-Haul. The staff at this location was extremely rude and pushy. Very unprofessional. They made me and my wife feel extremely uncomfortable. I would suggest to pull your trucks and product from this location if you want to protect your U-Haul reputation and integrity!

Reginia DThe equipment ordered on the rental agreement was not available at this location and I was not told it wasn’t available until time for pick up. Do not recommend renting additional equipment online as they do not tell you if it will be available at that location or not. I was not happy with this service by u-haul.
Logan DMan at the front desk was rude and deceptive, did not explain the equipment rental process, miles, fees, handed me the keys to the truck and told me to go look it over but don't git anything when your backing it out.
