The check out process took over an hour to complete. The truck and trailer I was picking up was snowed in and they offered no help in cleaning off the truck or hitching up the trailer. This took me another 45 minutes to get the truck warmed up enough to melt the snow off the windshield and hitch up. The truck was absolutely filthy and had no washer fluid in it. I had to buy some to clean the windshield. Then the drop off location they told me to go to was wrong so I had to go to a second location to drop off.
