Very Friendly And Helpful!!!
TERRY GTruck was dirty. Wiper blades were badly worn barely wiped the rain away and squeaked. Also felt was over charged because of my address. I rented several times from other local companies and was charged the day rate. Here I was charged a day rate and mileage. Will never rent from here again.

PAUL DNice U-Haul would give me back my extra $40 that I put in gas that I didn’t need. I put $83 of the gas in the truck for Saturday. I got it with a half a tank and when I took it back, it was with a three-quarter of a tank so I only use roughly $40 or $3.43 dollars of the gas. That means there’s still $40 of gas that is in that truck that I paid for

TIMOTHY CWayne and Lisa were so easy to work with. I received a confirmation call the day before confirming my request, and it was ready for me when I got there. Trailer worked perfect for what I was doing. Able to drop it off after hours with no issue. I will definitely use them again.

TIMOTHY DEven though we reserved a small truck *several* weeks ahead of time, none of the local Uhaul places had that size truck available when we came in to pick it up. They bumped us up to the next larger size, but fortunately honored the lower price for the rental. I'm not sure why Uhaul does things this way. I offered to make a reserve deposit when I made the initial reservation, but the agent repeatedly refused to take it. Are the customers so unreliable that they really can't tell what trucks will be available for use on certain dates?

EARL PTHIS WAS PROBABLY 1 OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE UHAUL EXPERIENCES-I WAS CURIOUS TO KNOW-WHEN I WAS ALERTED OF PICK UP LOCATION CHANGE, IT WAS RELAYED TO ME THAT BECAUSE OF THIS-80 FREE MILES WAS GIVEN TO ME. IS THAT CORRECT? THANK YOU SO MUCH! WENDY FRIEND

Brynley JExplain the full price of the rental equipment including mileage which should only be .51 cents a mile because truck drivers don't get. 99 cents a mile plus I was not asked how many miles I was going to be driving I was not told that the would be a charge for mileage and I was not told that a 70.00 safe ride fee was going to be added to my recite and the front hubs on the truck are leaking very badly
