We asked to pick up at an office location. This location is a ranch. When you exit your vehicle you step in animal feces. Animal feces is everywhere. Weeds get stuck to your shoes and pant legs. When we were given our vehicle it barely had any gas in it. Less than 1/16th. We were not given a contract at the beginning and had to call and demand to have one. We were not fully informed as to what the terms of the agreement were.
