SABINO MMr. Run Cong Liang was very rude when I complained to him because he had charged me $10 more for fuel. I was showing him the photo of how I had left the meter and at that moment he raised his voice and hit my hand. Everything is recorded on his camera at his place.

Cependant, le lave-glace du côté du conducteur ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a rendu la conduite plus difficile et moins sécuritaire, surtout dans certaines conditions. Merci de prendre en compte ce point pour l’entretien des véhicules.
Alexandr MDifficulté à rejoindre quelqu'un au téléphone. Tombé finalement sur un représentant. Une fois sur place, on ne trouvais pas ma réservation. On l'a trouve finalement, mais elle n'est pas bonne. J'ai payé plus cher que prévu. Très insatisfait. On m'avait prévenu que cette compagnie était mauvaise, mais j'ai voulu le constater pas moi-même. Disons que j'ai été servi.
José AIls m'ont contacté à midi pour me dire qu'ils n'avaient pas de diable, j'ai du contacter le service client, attendre sur la ligne, me faire dire qu'il n'y avait aucun diable sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal. Ils m'en ont réservé un sur la rue Notre-Dame Est, dans le trafic de Montréal ou je devais y aller avant 17h (avant la fermeture) et tout ça, sans me le créditer, je devais payer pour..... la journée ou j'allais déménager quand j'ai réservé mon camion un mois à l'avance, assez ordniaire. Il me semble que de m'avertir quelques jours avant n'aurait pas été difficile. Finalement j'ai dû en louer un chez Simplex parce que je n'avais pas le temps d'aller à Montréal et retourner à Brossard avant 17h pour récupérer mon camion. Je n'étais vraiment pas contente.

CLAUDE LThe online drop off process was terrible. It did not even work. I had to reach out to Uhaul truck 24/7 service to avoid getting charged extra fees. The pick up was bad too. The app kept bugging. Very bad experience!

Mahamoudou BWasn’t sure how to complete the reservation. Seemed confused. Couldn’t find the other location to put on the contract. We had to put the trailer ourselves since he kept looking at his phone instead of helping. Couldn’t change my credit card number. I wanted to put the charges on my business card, but they didn’t know how to change it.

Many steps (picture, call to a friend) that can be done before according to me. Could saves a bit of time. Took me 30 mins before being able to go with the truck.
Martin MThe truck was empty and the alarm to put gas was on I had to fill up in order to be able to drive and play with $ of gas to be able to return the truck back to it empty level why don’t keep all the tank full and request the client to drop out with a full tank and a gas receipt

alain mClerk does not speak/understand English. 3 pickup trucks of different sizes were available, no need to call in advance to reserve. Easy access location. Can leave your own car parked there.

Paula HI wait 90 min to have my truck. I ring the bell, knock at the dorr many times, nobody. I send texto....finally it's a woman online who help me. My online profile was not activate....At the end, the owner of the place arrived and said to me that he was at is office for 2 hours. (didn't watch the cameras????) I told him to check his doorbell....It was an nightmare....no excuse,nothing at all. He also reproch me to not anwering the phone. He called after 90 minutes and I was finish on the phone with the woman . really, it was an horrible experience.
Mylene BI didn’t receive information about how to return the truck, and I just let the keys in the box and then I go, after that I realized I need to took some photos so I came back and I tried to take the better photos I can, so in general the truck ok but the information at the counter really poor.
Juan CIt was ok. Not wow service. Be ready to know your stuff in advance. Clerk in this place doesn’t explain things properly.
