On m'a facturÃ© 68,47$ sur ma carte de crÃ©dit. Le montant final est de 53,68$ et l'ajustement n'a pas Ã©tÃ© fait. Je devrai contester le montant facturÃ©. Le contrat est seulement en anglais, mÃªme si on est au QuÃ©bec???!!! Le camion Ã©tait trÃ¨s vieux et plus ou moins propre. J'ai louÃ© un camion de 15 pieds, mais des planches de 1x3x12 ne rentraient qu'en diagonale. Donc, le camion n'avait pas 15 pieds de long. Le monsieur qui m'a servi Ã©tait gentil et poli. My overall experience was good! The mobile app took a bit longer to process when I picked up the truck because they had to do some kind of verification. I would go in person during opening hours if I need to rent again. The owner/person in charge was nice and accommodating.Ki Fung L.

I was charge extra 25$ because did not flof blanket before leaving!!!! I was charge 1.43$/mi instead of .89 like il was on quote. I was charge extra 17$ fuel althought I filled at pretty much same level from begennig. I place a claim but never received call back or money back. I will try another way for my next usageSYLVAIN C.

The only issue is with the parking. The space in very narrow. It was very difficult to get the truck out. I would suggest that instead of parking the trucks perpendicular, to place them at angle, it would mor space to back up and be much easier to get out of the parking spot.Robert C.

Documentation process in order to pickup the truck was so dramaatic and application navigation was pathetic. It was not accepting the pictures clicked on Android phone. Had to login into friends device and then completed the process after struggling more than an hour.Ankit S.

Tried the online pick up, it took 45 min to get approved. On top of that, the owners of the shop called me and said that if i wanted the dolly (which i had order beforehand), i had to go unlock another truck and go look for it myself, which is not the worse, but that i had to return the truck on time, otherwise they would charge me double and report me. When i contested this, they yelled at me so i hung up the phone and didn't even take the truck. Nothing else to sayJuan Esteban M.

Ce dernier me confirme que le camion est rÃ©servÃ© et que je pourrai le rÃ©cupÃ©rer Ã la succursale de Brossard Ã 08:00. Ce matin, j'arrive un peu d'avance et je vois que des boÃ®tes Ã clÃ©s sont verrouillÃ©es avec un code. Je fais le tour des instructions sur ma copie de rÃ©servation, mais je ne trouve aucun code. Lundi dernier, vous m'aviez envoyÃ© un lien par courriel. Cependant, je n'ai jamais Ã©tÃ© en mesure de l'ouvrir. Le lien n'Ã©tait pas fonctionnel. Je vous ai Ã©crit en vous demandant un deuxiÃ¨me lien, mais on ne m'a jamais rÃ©pondu. J'ai dÃ» appeler a 4 reprises et parler avec 4 reprÃ©sentants diffÃ©rents ce matin avant d'avoir une rÃ©ponse Ã mes questions. Je dÃ©mÃ©nage aujourd'hui et je suis, Ã©videmment, sur un horaire chargÃ©. Je suis maintenant 45 minutes en retard. Des gens se rejoignaient chez moi pour m'aider. Ils sont tous prÃ©sents, mais ne peuvent rien faire en m'attendant. De plus, en entrant dans le camion, je constate qu'il reste 1/8 du rÃ©servoir d'essence. Your online interface needs some fine tuning , I intended to do it online but many lag and difficulties arose, I ended up going through your absent on the ground who happened to come in earlier and take of us.
