On m'a facturé 68,47$ sur ma carte de crédit. Le montant final est de 53,68$ et l'ajustement n'a pas été fait. Je devrai contester le montant facturé. Le contrat est seulement en anglais, même si on est au Québec???!!! Le camion était très vieux et plus ou moins propre. J'ai loué un camion de 15 pieds, mais des planches de 1x3x12 ne rentraient qu'en diagonale. Donc, le camion n'avait pas 15 pieds de long. Le monsieur qui m'a servi était gentil et poli. Je n'ai rien à dire contre lui.
Guy D.My overall experience was good! The mobile app took a bit longer to process when I picked up the truck because they had to do some kind of verification. I would go in person during opening hours if I need to rent again. The owner/person in charge was nice and accommodating.

I was charge extra 17$ fuel althought I filled at pretty much same level from begennig. I place a claim but never received call back or money back. I will try another way for my next usage

Pierre B.The only issue is with the parking. The space in very narrow. It was very difficult to get the truck out. I would suggest that instead of parking the trucks perpendicular, to place them at angle, it would mor space to back up and be much easier to get out of the parking spot.

J'ai du m'informer dans un commerce si tout le monde fonts cela ce commerce doit être tanné d'être déranger pour information de la situation de UHUAL merci

Erreur de facturation, le lien fournit avec le reçu pour demander une correction est une adresse courriel qui n'est pas fonctionnelle. Espère un jour revoir mon argent facturé en trop.

MICHEL L.Tried the online pick up, it took 45 min to get approved. On top of that, the owners of the shop called me and said that if i wanted the dolly (which i had order beforehand), i had to go unlock another truck and go look for it myself, which is not the worse, but that i had to return the truck on time, otherwise they would charge me double and report me. When i contested this, they yelled at me so i hung up the phone and didn't even take the truck. Nothing else to say

sara Y.Il y a plusieurs semaines, j'ai réservé un camion avec un de vos représentants par téléphone. Ce dernier me confirme que le camion est réservé et que je pourrai le récupérer à la succursale de Brossard à 08:00. Ce matin, j'arrive un peu d'avance et je vois que des boîtes à clés sont verrouillées avec un code. Je fais le tour des instructions sur ma copie de réservation, mais je ne trouve aucun code. Lundi dernier, vous m'aviez envoyé un lien par courriel. Cependant, je n'ai jamais été en mesure de l'ouvrir. Le lien n'était pas fonctionnel. Je vous ai écrit en vous demandant un deuxième lien, mais on ne m'a jamais répondu. J'ai dû appeler a 4 reprises et parler avec 4 représentants différents ce matin avant d'avoir une réponse à mes questions. Je déménage aujourd'hui et je suis, évidemment, sur un horaire chargé. Je suis maintenant 45 minutes en retard. Des gens se rejoignaient chez moi pour m'aider. Ils sont tous présents, mais ne peuvent rien faire en m'attendant. De plus, en entrant dans le camion, je constate qu'il reste 1/8 du réservoir d'essence. Je dois donc prendre du temps de plus pour le remplir. Je suis insatisfaite du service rendu, malheureusement.

Jeff S.Your online interface needs some fine tuning , I intended to do it online but many lag and difficulties arose, I ended up going through your absent on the ground who happened to come in earlier and take of us. Also once processed there was a lag between the system sending us al the info and me leaving with the truck. But overall good price and gave to gave service.
