The truck wasn't ready, had to get a different smaller truck because I couldn't open the box containing the correct key. The people that rent at the location couldn't be reached. There was no place to scan the truck back in upon return.
Cyndi QuintonFuel usage was 5 mpg with half the mileage empty and all the miles with tow/haul off. No way to report oxygen sensor issue (?).

Christopher DillonNo on site office. I was told the car hauler had a tire that was "a little low". I put air in it but it went down again before I could load the car on it. The tire wasn't sealed around the rim.

rudolph weslingI will not be recommending U-Haul services to anybody that asks. I had filled out the pre-questionnaire before arriving and my account was still "Awaiting Approval"- 2 hours later when I went to pick up the truck. This cut into my moving time and honestly has me thinking I will never use this company again. The location was great and their out of hours pick-up system was perfect, but on U-Haul's side- it was awful and inconvenient. No one would answer the phone or the chat in a reasonable amount of time so I was left standing at the location (which was closed) just waiting to be approved even though I had put my Drivers License and information in 2 hours prior.

Brian IngmireThe HUMAN experience was top notch and well appreciated and enjoyed. The Digital experience less so. I found it hard to feel like things were confirmed. When I checked out, I wasn't sure that I had checked out and had to wait till Monday to find out if I had. Don't really like your digital presence.
Frederick PhilipsThere is a problem with the location service for the phone which made the 24/7 share a pain. Having to stand out in the cold trying to return the vehicle added additional frustration. I will say that when I checked out the vehicle the person who was working was very responsive to coming to my aid and retrieved the keys. The 24/7 share, which I’m sure is very convenient when it works made this rental very inconvenient.

However, the lack of respect and decency I received from dealing with and waiting 2 wks and 2 cancellations via dealing with the Uhaul Company directly was awful and I will never go through the company directly again to rent a truck. Not 1 but 2 ladies that contacted me via phone was rude and demanding and did nothing to attempt to make the 2 cancellations up to me.

GREGORY MASONI didn't receive a receipt on my email account to explain why the cost was show high. It was supposed to be $19.99 for an in-town rental. I had it for less than 2hrs and it cost over $40.00. I am a little disappointed with the price. I am a return customer and have never paid that much before for a 2hr rental.

ANGELA ROSEThe buisness that had the U-Haul was great the service person of the buisness was great. Now for U-Haul itself was fine till came to needing one extra day to get my belongings. I called the 1-800-go uhaul to grt an extra day and was denied so i went to my bank and got a printout of transactions and deen that money was taken from my account before its time by U-Haul . So i did what i had to to keep from losing my property, i kept the rental truck a extra day. Figuring if they could take money before hand ill keep the truck extra time, the truck was returned to rushville with more gas than rented with, no damage but some mess in back of truck but in same condition as the truck was rented in. So the buisness serving as a U-Haul hub was excellent but as for U-Haul resevastionist were rude and quite DICKISH!!!!
MILFORD ANGELNothing to complain about except for pricing and reservations got messed , what was supposed to be 1 way trip the reservation said round trip. Also i was told that no funds were collected until the vehicle was returned. I needed the vehicle one more day but was refused due to funds being taken before kts time. Buf the vehicle is now safely sitting in rushville, i really must say even if i could i would not use U-Haul again.

Kelly BrownOn the entire process Uhaul wasn't prepared for the rental. I wasted 1 full hour just to have a document printed. I had rented a truck and a trailer which should have been on one invoice this led to wasted time on the customer part. So the client picked up that tab while Uhaul overcharged me. It's a part time job to work with you guys, exhausting.
