inderjeet sHi previously there was a miscommunication and posted wrong review, wanted to reverse it not sure how so posting a new review. Usually U-haul charge on credit card and hold the deposit and then they adjust at bank level.. it’s a unique system which we’re unaware of.. Rustcheck at warden is a great place the owner is a nice guy.

I was not expecting that kind of treatment from Uhaul rep. I jave been using Uhaul for long and never had that bad experience.

Amazing amazing amazing . Uhaul needs to equip this location with an office and provide more supplies . I travelled close to to 40 km to get to this location 👏.

SIFAT Nnever, poor customer service, they have charged my credit card $ 137.57 but receipt shows $ 84.25. Can you please have a look on this case? I don't know with who I should discuss this matter. $ 53.32 more. Trying to contact and they don't pick up the phone. I never will recommend this location to anyone.

SHAOKUN LI was very pleased with the service and treated with high regard by Roland. The truck that I had rented was returned late by the previous customer, but we understood that he was caught in the truck blockade traffic. It was not the fault of the rental agency. I appreciate doing business at the Rust Check location and it is near my home.

TYLER RBiggest waste of a day, what should have been 20 minutes turned into 90-minutes. They didn’t have the rental or the equipment I requested. A larger size truck was rented instead, which was a pain to park and used more fuel. In order to get the equipment I request I had to drive up to the nearest U-haul center, were I could have probably rented everything I needed in the first place. The representative at Rust Check was very friendly, enough to possibly use his actual services in the future. The last few times renting a U-haul have been a pain to the point where I’ve been using Home Depot rentals.

sonny aDon't use service stations for pick up & drop offs. The truck was so boxed in that we couldn't do a walk around. If we had been able to, we would not have accepted that truck. A large piece of metal was hanging down behind the rear tire on the passenger side of the truck. Looked like a broken bracket from the side paneling. We ended up with a flat tire that took 4 hours to fix. When we noticed the metal bracket, after arriving at our destination, we insisted that the truck be towed back. Our driver also stated that the steering wheel felt loose.

Sheharyar KFirstly the truck was in miserable condition it was neither clean nor disinfected and gas was at a quarter tank. Besides that owner/manager had removed the dolly from the truck inspite of me specifically requesting a dolly when I did the reservation. I had to go to 3 locations to find a dolley in the uhaul truck after I picked the truck that means I also had to pay for the km for finding a stupid dolly. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO AVOID THIS LOCATION !!!
