/well for a 24 hour + 4 hour rental I was charged $238.48 which in my opinion (and the reason I will not rent from this location again) I was charged for a 3 day Uhaul rental, BUT only used the truck for 2 days. the truck was back on the lot where I moved it from on 7/17/2025 and was put back in that spot by me 7/19/2025. It was swept out and wiped out by me, AND it was on the lot at rustic furniture Donegal at 4:28 p.m. on 7.19.2025 I think the 34.53 should be enough to cover the FEW hours on 7/19/2025. I should of kept it until the next day at 1:30 BECAUSE I WAS CHARGED for 3 days . Someone else could of rented it that evening .. 7/19/25 BECAUSE IT WAS BACK IN THE PARKING LOT!! CLEANED & READY TO GO . GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RIP OFF . HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! the RETURN OF 69.84 WOULD BE NICE!!!!!!!!!!! PLUS I CALLED THE 'MANAGER' AND SUPRISE SUPRISE NO RETURN PHONE CALL.

I was a little confused with the online UHaul Process. It appeared as though I hadn't followed the process as I was picking up and returning the trailer during the weekend when the store was not involved in the transaction as much. They still accommodated my needs and did not make a big deal of my mistake. I will likely continue to use this location as well as Uhaul in the future. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and made me feel at ease, even though I had accidentally not followed the process Uhaul put into place. I was also happy with the condition of the trailer and had ZERO issues.

Deborah EI wish there was just a little better communication with what to do when you arrive to the location. Maybe some signage or an email instructing you to call the 1-800 number for further instructions after checking in on your mobile device. Same thing for the checkout process.

LOUIS TUhaul did not provide a code to the lockbox with the key. Instead I had to have a Rustic Lodge employee on her day off modify my reservation and provide me with the code over the phone. That took 30 mins and ate into my reservation time. This rental was a disaster from beginning to end.
Michael DTammy was PHENOMENAL!!! She is the reason I would rent again and recommend. She went above and beyond for me! The cab REEKED of smoke (we drove with the windows down for awhile). The cargo area had dirt and leaves (we swept out before we loaded). The cruise control worked intermittently (annoying when driving on interstates). We were told ahead of time that the radio didn't work (we were OK with that - with the road noise in the cab, probably wouldn't have been able to hear). Did I mention that Tammy was the GREATEST?!!!!
Stephanie SI returned the 6' x 12' cargo trailer 2 hours before the location opened. As I was finishing self-check-in on the app an employee came out and asked if I needed help and wished me a good day. The app was easy to use and made check-in quick even when the location was still closed.
