The pick up and drop off location was fantastic and Heather was a beacon of light during the whole transaction but several of the uhaul representatives were rude unprofessional and don't have any business working in customer service they also don't do their jobs and the only reason I would ever do any business with uhaul again is because of Heather at Rusty Pearl Creations LLC
