My location got changed less than 24 hours before my move. When I got to the truck none of the equipment I had ordered was in the truck and nobody had told me. I spent 30 minutes talking to customer support to walk away with no equipment. When my truck was changed someone at uhaul should have let me know that the new location had no equipment.
