I reserved a truck at Creative Auto Sales for a 3pm pick up. There was no one there no one answered the phone number. I wasted at least 45 minutes driving there from Washington and trying to find help. Very frustrating!!! Finally went back into Washington and the gentlemen at Rutledge took excellent care of me. I'm very grateful. Creative Auto Sales needs to discontinue as a uhaul dealer. They are giving Uhaul a bad name.

I didn’t order anything
Coraleigh MMy location got changed less than 24 hours before my move. When I got to the truck none of the equipment I had ordered was in the truck and nobody had told me. I spent 30 minutes talking to customer support to walk away with no equipment. When my truck was changed someone at uhaul should have let me know that the new location had no equipment.
