Raymond GA huge nail got stuck in my car tire. The officer enters the return period not 24 hours later but an hour earlier as he pleases. The biggest problem is that he adds insurance without asking you, he should ask.

DOROTHY Ltrailer given to me with flat tire. Had to take to Tire Kingdom for air within 4 miles of having it attached to my car. Trailer popped off my hitch and I had to reattach. Had to maintain air in tire during duration of rental. Return location closed early - and I was charged an entire day for being a couple hours late.
DERRICK MI was charged for the pick up of van at groveland approx $160. On drop off in clermont was charged again approx $320. Why?

PHILP Jthis location took my trailer after uhaul dispact said I could not change from my originally scheduled drop off location. The problem was, that location was no longer working with Uhaul. This location took my trailer despite having limited space.

William SDidn’t have the hand truck I rented. Pickup was supposed to be closer to my house and at 7, was told it was gonna be 9 instead. Then a half hour before they made us pick up a smaller truck farther away. I needed a 20 ft and had to make everything fit in a 15 ft truck. My move was delayed.

marta mvery bad service, I had a very bad time since the manager of the LAKE WALES location, Ms. TINA, made me a bad reservation for the SECOND TIME, you cannot trust this company since in the moments you need it most they fail you to complete the tube I had to call customer service to help me, they changed my reservation to another place and I finally picked up the 26' truck and it ended up with an empty tire that was a nightmare 😱😱😱😱🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦 it wasn't until I was able to talk to him Mr. DAVID from the road assistant department who was finally able to help me was truly the best part of this odyssey of course Mr. The crane took almost 3 hours to change the rubber and this was another nightmare with the crane but well I have many more things to say but at the end of the day this survey is useless because they are not going to do anything to improve I still ended up paying the rent of the truck, be very careful when renting from this company.
