The key lock box location was not explained as good as it could have been.

MICHAEL MThis was the easiest trailer rental I've ever delt with don't change a thing.
MATHEW KAll windows, especially windshield, were dirty. Windshield was full of caked on bugs. Passenger side floorboard was filled with trash. The vehicle was left in the condition I found it.
Molly EThe only downside was we paid cash, and it was 94.00 more than what quoted and was told we would receive that back as it's a deposit on cash rental and completely understandable. Everything at pick up was AMAZING, clean friendly and fast. The drop off is where issue went down.

KENNETH HReserved online for Starke location - Received text that it got bumped to Hampton. Went to Hampton and was told they didn't have they size, got bumped to Keystone Heights.....a bit of a run around since I was on a time line for this day - but RVRoof came thru!

Ken HHave what I requested on site, I had requested a dolly and got an appliance dolly. Could not use it on boxes. I requested a car dolly and got a full trailer. The unit was under powered and made usuall noises. But on a positive note everything went fine and it was a good price. Unit was clean.

james bThe Automated Check Out system failed. After going through several attempts to use it, the system would not allow me to complete the process on my phone because it would not accept pictures of my Equipment. Aside from that one issue that was very inconvenient, the rest of my experience was excellent. Thank You!
William NGPS didn't work for phone pickup. I had to reschedule for when the office was open.
