The truck had some sticky soda mess that had obviously fallen from the cup holder. Wiping out the truck if the renters can't clean up after themselves would be helpful to the next renter.

The man at the drop off location did his job, didn't have much to say and didn't seem to concerned when I told him about the condition of the ratchets on the dolly !!

The trailer I had was old and needed maintenance. The door was hard to operate, and a marker light was out on the right rear side that had been marked several times by multiple locations.

The process of reserving a truck is a mess. I reserved a truck well in advance and it said "reservation guaranteed." Then I get a call at 7pm the night before I am supposed to pick up my truck saying I had to drive 2 hours to go pick up the truck. I understand that there are things that happen out of your control and I moved on a busy weekend, but I was just upset that my reservation said "Reservation Guaranteed." So I didn't worry about it at all. Just don't use that specific phrase if the reservation is actually NOT guaranteed.

Unorganized and took a long time to figure out our truck. We paid ahead of time and still had to wait an hour.
We had to rent the cargo trailer, the truck and the auto transporter in 3 separate locations. We spent a lot of time picking up equipment and didn’t get reimbursed for our time and gas. It was approximately 100 miles of unneeded travel because of the unorganized scheduling.
