Make aure the truck is working. The truck mustve been sitting at the location for a long time not being cranked because when I picked it up it wouldn't crank & Roadside assistance had to be called out. Also doing mobile pick up was horrible, there were no clear directions on what to do & I finally saw the Pick Up Truck button after I reached out for help innthebchat. Prior to that he button was not showing on the app & I had n9 clie how to get the key out of the lock box nor which box it was in. A mobile pick-up process that shouldn't have taken no more than 10-15 mins took almost 2 hrs including the mechanic coming to jump the truck. Also the steering wheel is loose/off. That can be dangerous for an inexperienced driver. Im definitely disappointed in this experience & feel I should be compensated. And not a coupon for my next move, because I dont plan on moving for years.

This is my preferred place to rent a UHaul. The proprietor is wonderful. They are friendly and give prompt service. We do frequent rentals and always pick this Ryan Brothers Inc as our pick-up and drop-off point.

Location was great, but the truck was not clean before and was very dirty as well as there was pee in a side of a pee bottle inside of the underneath passenger seat and women’s clothing, which were not from me as I am a man
